Great location, close to restaurants, beaches, bus stop, supermarket and boat taxi.

Booked a Seaview room but allocated a room with no seaview

A wonderful hotel in the pine forest of Kokounaris. Paradise. Very very clean room. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. The kitchen only lacks a microwave oven and an espresso coffee machine. It is bad that there is no expresso machine at least a general vending machine in the hotel.

The location is great, less than 5 min away from the beach and within walking distance of other beaches. There is a supermarket just next to it (a bit more expensive than others, but ok) and the best gyros place we could find (souvlake). Bus station is also very close. The property is on a hill, we didn’t mind the climb as the view was lovely. The studio is rather small, but it was okay since you have all the facilities. Towels and sheets are changed regurlarly. We were here as storm Daniel hit, which left most of the island without running water, electricity, phones for 2 days. This property was among very few that did not have any power or water shortage and no water damage. Big plus for that. We were incredibly lucky to be staying here.

- the wifi did not work at all, we had to use our own mobile data - cleaning in the bathroom (toilet, shower etc) was not done properly, otherwise i found everything else was very clean - in our room (101) there was a mold smell or sewer smell coming from the kitchen sink and under it

The room was cleaned every day, the little kitchen had all we needed and the supplies were in good condition. The mosquito net was new or it seemed that way. The property is very well managed, for Greece is was perfect (usually in Greece most of the studios are so-so, an old furniture, a fry pan with scratches on the teflon, a missing mosquito net, an old door, etc) Here it was not the case, I was very surprised and happy to find everything in perfect condition for my family.

The price was a little high, but I think this is the case for all the rented properties.

It is the third time we are staying at Aelia and it is always an excellent stay. The room was very clean and the view was wonderful from the last floor. It is close to Koukounaries beach, maybe the most beautiful beach in Skiathos. Many thanks to Giannis for his help and his fast answer to all our questions. As always, Dorina and Eugen are keeping our room spotless clean and are ready to help. We will for sure come back here !

The Air conditioning in our room probably needeed some maintenance.

-very nice staff (ianis, dorina and eugen were very polite and helpful) -great location near the biggest beach in the city -good value for the money paid -nice house and yard, with a good view -clean location

-very old sanitary facilities (plumbs with a good deal of rust etc) -bath cabin extremely small -no option for breakfast or other meal (only drinks and some pastries could be bought from the location), which is such a pity because there is a very nice terrace where it could be carried on

The location is close to the beach. The room was very clean and the staff (Doina and Eugen) was very eager to help us and support with information on local beaches and restaurants. They were always attentive towards us to make our stay pleasant. Our room had sea view and lake view. There is also a well equipped playground and many areas at the accommodation where you can sit around. A big supermarket and many tavernas very close to the accommodation. Koukounaries beach is 5 minutes away.

Cleanliness is great, cleaning done every day The villa has a beautiful yard that is well maintained Lovely balcony to sit in the evening, and blinds and mosquito nets Close to the beach, market and restaurants near by Beautiful view of the sea and lake The host Giannis and his family really make you feel welcome

Internet could be better

Really nice small cozy family hotel in a quiet area of Skiathos, with all top-rated beaches neaby. Very clean (and cleaned regularly), aircon, anti-moskitos nets. Owners also opened a bar this year on a terrase, so you can have famous greek coffee fredo or another drink anytime. Supermarket and a few tavernas - 5 min from the hotel Comfy beds and pillows.

Nothing, all was good

Great location, very close to Koukounaries beach, but also Banana beach (which is lovely 😍) an another two small beaches. Very clean and comfy, nice view from the balcony and a small nice terrace with a playground that is good for small kids. A lot of green around, beautiful flowers well taken care of. The two Romanian hose-keepers (Doina & Eugen) are extremely nice and helpful with anything you need. We had a wonderful stay!
