Great location, close to restaurants, beaches, bus stop, supermarket and boat taxi.

Booked a Seaview room but allocated a room with no seaview

A wonderful hotel in the pine forest of Kokounaris. Paradise. Very very clean room. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. The kitchen only lacks a microwave oven and an espresso coffee machine. It is bad that there is no expresso machine at least a general vending machine in the hotel.

The location is great, less than 5 min away from the beach and within walking distance of other beaches. There is a supermarket just next to it (a bit more expensive than others, but ok) and the best gyros place we could find (souvlake). Bus station is also very close. The property is on a hill, we didn’t mind the climb as the view was lovely. The studio is rather small, but it was okay since you have all the facilities. Towels and sheets are changed regurlarly. We were here as storm Daniel hit, which left most of the island without running water, electricity, phones for 2 days. This property was among very few that did not have any power or water shortage and no water damage. Big plus for that. We were incredibly lucky to be staying here.

- the wifi did not work at all, we had to use our own mobile data - cleaning in the bathroom (toilet, shower etc) was not done properly, otherwise i found everything else was very clean - in our room (101) there was a mold smell or sewer smell coming from the kitchen sink and under it

The location is close to the beach. The room was very clean and the staff (Doina and Eugen) was very eager to help us and support with information on local beaches and restaurants. They were always attentive towards us to make our stay pleasant. Our room had sea view and lake view. There is also a well equipped playground and many areas at the accommodation where you can sit around. A big supermarket and many tavernas very close to the accommodation. Koukounaries beach is 5 minutes away.

Great location, very close to Koukounaries beach, but also Banana beach (which is lovely 😍) an another two small beaches. Very clean and comfy, nice view from the balcony and a small nice terrace with a playground that is good for small kids. A lot of green around, beautiful flowers well taken care of. The two Romanian hose-keepers (Doina & Eugen) are extremely nice and helpful with anything you need. We had a wonderful stay!

Apartment was nice and clean, nicely decorated, everything was as advertised. Nice big balcony, with a provided rack to dry our towels and swimsuits, blind-like doors that we could close for privacy/overnight, but still keep air flowing. The host was very nice and welcoming. The yard around the house is very tidy and well kept. The beach is a fairly short walk away, and there is a market and souvlaki place right next to the house.

The internet was a little bad at times, sometimes dissapearing for a little while. There is a bit of an uphill driveway to get to the house, but it was not too bad and we expected it based on the pictures. Would be nice to have mosquito nets on the doors, but we just kept the lights off and used the provided plug in mosquito repellent at night and mostly were ok.

Excellent location, and quiet. Frequent bus service to the town, and it ran late into the evening. The air conditioning was efficient, and the balcony was a bonus.

Ideally we would have liked more in terms of kitchen equipment. Plug for the bathroom sink would have reduced water consumption.

The location was very close to the Koukounaries beach. We had a supermarket and a very good restaurant next to the building. The room was perfect to accommodate us, spacious and had exactly what we needed. The balcony was comfy enough to spend the evening there. The staff was very friendly. We had a very beautiful olive trees orchard in front of us.

The location is awesome, if you just need to explore the Koukounaries area. Using a car is optional, really. Quite a few beaches are within walking distance and the beach of Koukounaries (suitable and very popular with families / kids) is just a couple of minutes away. The view from my room was great, I truly enjoyed it. The owner was very kind and helpful and a bottle of decent wine came as a welcome gift.

Mosquitos and spiders and all sorts of insects are an issue. Bug repellant is necessary. Sometimes, kids playing in the playground may get a bit noisy, so upper floors are better suited for people seeking to relax.

Great location, close to Koukounaries beach. View towards the lake/sea, you could hear the waves in late evening or early morning. We had arrived late in the evening, however the owner -a very nice person -waited for us and showed the room facilities. The personel is also very helpful and we thank everyone for making the vacation successful. Room was sufficient for a small family. Definetely will book again when returning to Skiathos.
