The structure is nice and cozy, with a lot of space to live and modern style, especially for the bathroom. The structure offers also two balconies, one at room level and one on the roof, equipped with a couple of deckchairs. Moreover the structure is located in the center of Zakynthos. Pigi, the host, is a nice woman and helped me with everything I needed. And the transfer service offered was very good.

Unluckily the air conditioner in the bedroom had problems and during the night the room became to hot to stay in, so I had to rest in the living room (where the air was functioning without problems). And the higher nozzle of the shower causes the water to drip all over the floor.

The room was clean with a nice overall interior design. There was a balcony as well next to the kitchen so those of you who wish to have a breakfast with an outside view in the morning, this room would be a good fit. The owner of this accommodation was very kind and helped us a lot for all necessary information for tours, local restaurants, nice places to visit, etc. Those of you who go on a tour can get a discount of around 10 percent if you tell them you stay in this accommodation so it is a good deal.

Had to warm up the water by myself before taking a shower for around 10 minutes, but this was a minor stuff and did not bother me very much.

Casa di Luce is a very clean and spacious apartment with a terrace where you can eat 'al fresco' (the photo is of the church you see from this terrace) and a second terrace for sunbathing! Pigi is very welcoming; she gave us a lot of information about the town. We ate at a restaurant she recommended, which was really good value and fun.

Pigi was so friendly, welcoming and attentive. She was always available if we needed anything and responded so quickly to our messages. We arrived early and she kindly minded our luggage, gave us coffee and gave lots of recommendations of things to do, places to eat etc. The apartment was beautiful, stunning views, extremely clean and it had everything we needed and more. The location was amazing, very close to the port and to shops and restaurants. I 100% recommend staying here. Thank you for having us, we will be back to stay again :)

Great location, lovely and spacious balcony. They changed the bed sheets and the towels without asking on our second day out of the three we had booked.

However, there was plenty of little cockroaches in the kitchen and living room area.

Beatiful house, really close to the port and city center. It's pretty decorated and very comfortable. Also, Pigi the host is very friendly and helps you with everything.

Not really a negative point, but you have to walk two stairs to get there. Take this in mind if you are not so mobile.

Location was excellent for exploring Zante town. Located directly between the port & the main shopping street & of easy walk to everything.

There is another apartment below, which is occupied by a family. We were awoken at 6am by their alarm clock, which nobody seemed to silence! Also their water booster pump began to run at around 7am making a terrible noise making it hard to get back to sleep.

Room very clean 、spacious 、and modern style. The location is convenient and centralized. Landlord is informative and knowledgeable and friendly.

Newly renovated and spacious apartment with a lovely terrace. Easy walk to the port. Close to restaurants and the bus station. The owner/staff were super helpful with a book of suggestions in the room.
