One of the features me and my friends loved was how close it was to cafes and shops and the beach - a two minute walk to the nearest shop which had everything we needed for a short stay. All the cafes around Zakynthos town were lovely and the walk to the beach was only around five minutes. The cleaner was lovely and came to clean every day. The upstairs 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and became a communal place for all of us during our stay. All the staff were lovely and on two occasions came instantly to help us with the safe. I also loved the shop underneath the apartments.

Without detailed instructions it was quite difficult to operate the air con so it became quite hot in the rooms but it wasn’t a huge issue.

The apartment is located just off the main square and shopping street making it an ideal location. There is a bus stop and the tourist train stop within a minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment is simply but stylishly furnished and is very comfortable, the air con was quiet and very efficient and the balcony had (just about) a sea view. There is a simple kitchen but everything you need for a holiday (kettle, fridge freezer etc.)

My only suggestion to improve the apartment would be more hanging space for cloths and perhaps some drawers.

Very clean and exactly like the photos. More spacious than I really needed as a solo guest staying for one night. Great location, just one small block over from a highly rated restaurant. Great air conditioning which was necessary for my survival. I arrived a few hours early and they stored my luggage for me before bringing it up to my room when they got my room ready an hour and a half earlier than regular check-in time.

There were lots of sounds of doors banging. I couldn’t tell if this was other guests coming in and out, or doors shaking in the breeze or something. But overall it wasn’t enough to keep me up when I went to sleep.

Everything about this property was outstanding - such as the convenient location, the support to access the apartment, the lift (to the third floor where the apartment was), the wonderfully comfortable beds, the spacious rooms and facilities, the air conditioning, the washing facilities, etc.

I loved everything about this property! There was nothing that I didn't like about it.

A newly renovate property with all the amenities, great space for a family if 5 adults. The washing machine came in handy. The location was perfect right in the middle of town. The host worked downstairs and was very helpful, she even held onto our luggage for a few hours in the ring which was a nice gesture.

The air conditioners could not be controlled it was difficult to get them below 26. It may be because it was very hot during the day. It would have be nice to have some basic provisions like coffee, sugar, water, satchels of butter, jam, honeyg etc, otherwise a great property

This Apartment is brand new, bed is super comfortable and air-condition is just amazing for long night sleeps. I was sleeping easy 9 - 10 hours. Overall the Apartment includes all kitchen equipment needed, it's spacious with very nice new modern toilet and shower and a bonus sofa that we never used :) The balcony is great to sip a beer in the evening or late at night. Location is just Awesome.... Center of Zante town and all you need is just a walking distance close to you, few steps and you are in the middle of all restaurants and shops....I highly recommend this place, don't let the fact that there is no parking to switch you off, we stayed for 3 nights out of which 2 nights i parked under the balcony of the apartment exactly and the 3rd night i parked 50 meters away. Will be back for sure...

Firstly the hotel was very clean. From the moment we stepped in the floors were shiny and the bed sheets tidy and clean. Also, the cleaning lady, whenever asked to, would clean while we were away, thus maintaining our room’s tidiness. Secondly, the beds were comfortable and there was a big living room that could accommodate the size of our large group (7 people) decently with 2 couches and some chairs. Furthermore , I would like to add that our room was spacious with a large bathroom and the towels were replaced with fresh ones daily. Lastly, we would definitely re-book the hotel, were we to visit zakynthos again.

The running water from the kitchen didn’t seem drinkable.

Everything was great, the owner is very friendly and nice. The apartments have absolutely everything for a comfortable life. Very convenient location, in the center of Zakynthos, next to there is a mini market and a cafe with the most delicious pita(by the way, the owner recommended this cafe, thanks to him)), the sea is 5 minutes walk.

non-potable salt water flows from the tap, but apparently this is a problem for the entire island

It’s a brand new apartment, super nice and comfortable room, bed, AC. Kitchen facilities are new, balcony is nice, Netflix on tv, network is working well. We loved the place. The place is 2 min walking distance to the most elegant and nice places of town, 7 minute walking away to the town beach.
