Casa 77 Zante has clean, nice and full of light rooms. Room service cleaned our room and changed towels every day. We had a car so the location was good for us, we had 7-10 min to the city centre. Without a car it's a bit far from the city centre. Air conditioning in August is perfect thing we had in the room.

We had to get the keys from the special box, but when we arrived there were no keys. After contacting the customer service, the owner came himself within 15 minutes, gave us the keys and showed us everything.

It's a good place, close to the center by car. Perfect if you're out all day exploring the island and just need a place to sleep. It was very quiet! There is plenty in property parking as well!

It might be a bit expensive during August, but the price aligns with the island's general cost. Also some rusty details mostly in the bathroom need replacement.

New and clean. Spacious with separate bedroom.

Without car or motor cycle it's too far from center and from beach. Need more kitchenware. Noise from dogs barking in the middle of the night. Cat fights, too.

IT was very difficult to find it. nobody knows where is it and it was impossible to conduct with the phones which you send me. When i rent a car and using the GPS and asking some peoples when i was near all were ok. Nice place, nice room and good system with key.

The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful. Inside, the place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable — we slept really well!

The stay was overall good, but there were a few issues. Some basic kitchen items were missing, like a dish towel, and we had to wash the dishes before using them with no way to dry them. The clothes rack was broken, and the showerhead holder didn’t fit, so it couldn’t be secured. The tap water is brackish (not drinkable), and unlike other places we’ve stayed in Greece, no bottled water was provided. Also, the card to open the door didn’t work—we had to use the keys. Because of this, cleaning staff couldn’t access the room on the first day, and no solution was found after reporting it, so the room wasn’t cleaned the second day either.
