Quiet neighbourhood and 5 min walk to restaurants, cafes..etc Cleanness We were able to park our car every day in front of the hotel Friendly and helpful staff. We needed help to find a doctor and the receptionist help us, also the ladies in the breakfast are very attentive.

For a long stay, the breakfast can be very repetitive. The lift is a bit slow The shower room gets wet because there is only one glass without a door to separate the shower place from the toilet.

The location is excellent, in Zante Town, close to shops, restaurants, and the port, and ideal for dinners, long walks, and a little bit of shopping. We had a room with a sea view - with a small balcony which was a delight. The view - especially the sunrise and sunset - from the balcony was stunning! The breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly! There was a daily cleaning routine, with daily change of towels, fresh water and shower products. There is a small beach across the street from the hotel - with wonderful water but no sand, only full of rocks - water shoes are a must!

There is nothing to mention regarding the hotel.

Breakfast is nice and tasty, you can also order tasta/pizza etc. after lunch and dishes are tasty too. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Location is really good, beautiful beach is just 1 minute walking from the hotel, restaurants and cafes are 5 minutes walking from the hotel, room was not really big but nice and cozy. The only thing worth mentioning is that there is a school nearby and from 8am you may hear kids playing outside so if you would like to sleep up to the lunch - they may wake you up to go outside and enjoy Zakynthos. But during the night it's calm and quiet.

It is in a quiet area, but very close to shops and restaurants. Free parking near the hotel. The breakfast is very nice, always fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and was cleaned every day. We also had a balcony, it was nice to sit there in the morning.

We had some problem with the hot water in the shower for a couple of nights. Maybe we were the last one on the water pipe, because we had no hot water for hours in the evening. We were told, that is because many people use the shower at the same time. This might be okay in a hostel, but not in a four star hotel.

Good location, really close to city center by walking , private parking, the room was modern and clean (everyday cleaning )with a small balcony, bed was comfortable The breakfast was OK, their Bougatsa pie was delicious Staff was kind and helpful

Overall, everything was fine, we had a good time and nice vacation during the stay, but maybe one thing worth to be mentioned , as suggestions 🙂 We were missing a small clothes dryer for beach towels Also, room is smaller than expected, but still enough space for a couple

The room was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. The daily cleaning service was impeccable and the breakfast was tasty and had enough choices for our liking.

The bathroom we had could use some investment as the faucets and shower had limestone spots. Also some of the towels we had had some rust spots or something like that - there were some stains which looked like they couldn't be washed away. And one more slightly annoying thing was that the shower water was pooling near the bathtub.

Breakfast was quite good with varieties of items each day. The location of hotel is also good and a lot of shops are nearby. The room is quite big and the view of mountain is nice. Staff is very friendly and give good advice for the sightseeing along the island.

The wash basin was smelling bad a bit. The airport transfer which was booked from airport to hotel (24.8 EUR) is bit higher than the return taxi which was arranged in 5 minutes (17 EUR) from hotel to airport, but that is fine, could be that the parking charges at airport might be the reason.

Everything was more than excellent. The staff is very very friendly. The room is clean and the location is great. Breakfast was delicious, there was a lot of different food to choose from. At the reception you can get beach towels for a €5 deposit. There is a restaurant within the hotel where you can eat great food and was pretty cheap. Our recommendations for this hotel, excellent value for money.

An Exceptional Stay at Palatino Hotel! I had an extraordinary experience at the Palatino Hotel in Zakynthos. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Despite arriving early in the morning, well before the official check-in time of 2 PM, the incredibly friendly staff allowed me to check in immediately. To my delight, they even offered me a complimentary breakfast, which was a perfect start to my day. The staff's hospitality was unmatched. They arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airport, making my arrival stress-free. Throughout my stay, they continued to impress me with their warm and accommodating service. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, featuring a lovely little balcony where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The location of the hotel is ideal—just a five-minute walk to the beach and only eight minutes from the center of town. Plus, there’s a convenient supermarket nearby. What truly stood out was the extra mile the hotel went to ensure my comfort. Upon checkout, which was around noon, they provided me with free towels and access to shower facilities so I could enjoy a swim in the sea before my evening flight. They arranged for a taxi to take me back to the airport. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I cannot recommend the Palatino Hotel enough. It’s the perfect place to stay in Zakynthos, with its central location, wonderful amenities, and outstanding service. A heartfelt thank you to the Palatino Hotel for making my visit so enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Palatino hotel was a great choice for our vacation. It is located just few minutes walk from the beach (the beach is nice but stony, there is also a beach bar where you can rent the sunbeds and umbrella), it is also close to the town centre, cafes and restaurants. The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, really adding up to the pleasant stay. Room had a big balcony, was clean and spacious. Breakfast and especially dinner buffet exceeded our expectation, simple but really tasty and fresh food, with quite a few choices and dinner meals were also different every night. Strongly recommended hotel.
