Every member of the staff has been very helpful and kind, ready to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and good coffees

The place is outdated, needs renovation at least in the bathrooms, the air conditioning isn’t great. Beds are too hard and old

The hotel's breakfast was very pleasant and varied. The hotel itself had a great presentation, featuring a rooftop with a spectacular view of the marina and several parking spaces right at the door, as the location was exceptional! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos.

The only downside was the attitude of the staff, especially at reception. We had an issue with water in our room, and in particular, a lady with curly red hair working the morning shift was extremely unpleasant, as she completely disregarded our problem and didn’t even try to resolve it. In a 4-star hotel, one would expect a bit more care for its guests.

Swimming Pool only had a limited amount of sunbeds, people were allowed to put towels on them to save all day, so most people were unable to get a sunbed, for the whole of there stay. Also, people from outside to hotel were able to get up to the pool by lift, although they not even staying there.

Having a swimming pool to enjoy in the afternoon, after the boat trips are done was one of the highlights. Most boat trips will pick you up at this central hotel. The breakfast is amazing!

The pillow offer was bad.

I came in the low season when the pool and bar was close. However, this did not spoil my impression of the hotel. Starting from the first day, the view from my room was amazing. And I also received a compliment from the hotel in the bowl of fruits. The staff were extremely helpful and caring. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice at breakfast. I stayed for 5 days. And every time I could try something new. Everything was enough for me. Thank you so much Strada Marina Hotel for the great service

Absolutely amazing location! In the very heart of Zakynthos town! Could not ask for a better location! The staff were very welcoming and we would like to thank them for that! Also, the breakfast was a great surprise (unusually good for an island hotel and varied too). Lastly, the roof garden and rooftop pool were a fantastic addition to our stay and offered breath-taking views.

The sewage smell from the room New towels would be great The hotel needs a few updates (newer furniture) More attention to pool cleaning would be nice

Great location, rooms comfortable and clean had a sea view room which made up for the other shortfall of the bathroom.

Bathroom was old and rusting, disappointed with the shower in bath facility but I would not let that sway my decision to book again as we are in Greece. Shame about the condition though of the bathroom really let the hotel stay for us a negative taking that aside the stay was lovely great view comfortable beds and clean.

Parking is a bit of a problem.

The location was perfect, beautiful sea view, close to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was well and wide ranged.

The room was very small, especially for a 4* hotel, the balcony was massive in one of our rooms but like nothing in another. If you have no balcony, there is no space for drying out your beach stuff in the room. AC switchs itself off if we open either a door or the balcony door for like a second, that is so inconvenient.

The breakfast room was the highlight of the hotel the staff were warm, graceful and friendly. We opted for a balcony view which was breathtaking and we made the most of this whilst the roof terrace was not open which was not open and will not open until June (please read the small print) to save disappointment.

Not having just a little bit of relaxation space within the hotel was challenging. It would have been nice to have a breakout space other than our room and at the reception front desk.
