All the hotel employees were exceptionally nice and helpful and we were very greatful to be met in such a warm manner. We had the sea view which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is indeed dated, different from what we expected from the photos, but the sheets were white and the towels were changed daily. Loved that they had blackout drapes. I couldn't say that it's a good value for the money though, but we went in July. No smart TV, the breakfast was tasty, but very plain, we stayed only for 4 nights so it wasn't an issue. No parking space, I received a fine after parking partially on a sidewalk together with other cars, after circling the hotel for 45 min. If you are thinking of renting a car, try booking an apartment or something with a parking space. And the pool looked lovely, we didn't have time to use it, but it seemed well maintained with a gorgeous view.

Every member of the staff has been very helpful and kind, ready to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and good coffees

The place is outdated, needs renovation at least in the bathrooms, the air conditioning isn’t great. Beds are too hard and old

The hotel's breakfast was very pleasant and varied. The hotel itself had a great presentation, featuring a rooftop with a spectacular view of the marina and several parking spaces right at the door, as the location was exceptional! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos.

The only downside was the attitude of the staff, especially at reception. We had an issue with water in our room, and in particular, a lady with curly red hair working the morning shift was extremely unpleasant, as she completely disregarded our problem and didn’t even try to resolve it. In a 4-star hotel, one would expect a bit more care for its guests.

breakfast good. evening meal poor. Swimming Pool only had a limited amount of sunbeds, people were allowed to put towels on them to save all day, so most people were unable to get a sunbed, for the whole of there stay. Also, people from outside to hotel were able to get up to the pool by lift, although they not even staying there.

We were on a island hopping trip and the hotel was at such a convinient place just across the ferry harbour so easy to reach. Also the town square where the annual celebrations takes place were just right there. The breakfast buffet had many choices, could have been better but it was good enough. Altough the hotel furniture was a little outdated the rooms were big and the ones which are facing the sea had panoramic wiew of the promenade road.

Needs some renovation.

Having a swimming pool to enjoy in the afternoon, after the boat trips are done was one of the highlights. Most boat trips will pick you up at this central hotel. The breakfast is amazing!

The pillow offer was bad.

I came in the low season when the pool and bar was close. However, this did not spoil my impression of the hotel. Starting from the first day, the view from my room was amazing. And I also received a compliment from the hotel in the bowl of fruits. The staff were extremely helpful and caring. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice at breakfast. I stayed for 5 days. And every time I could try something new. Everything was enough for me. Thank you so much Strada Marina Hotel for the great service

Absolutely amazing location! In the very heart of Zakynthos town! Could not ask for a better location! The staff were very welcoming and we would like to thank them for that! Also, the breakfast was a great surprise (unusually good for an island hotel and varied too). Lastly, the roof garden and rooftop pool were a fantastic addition to our stay and offered breath-taking views.

The lady at check in were very nice but I didn’t like her priorities. During my check in she stopped to answer the hotel phone several times. She supposed to finish my check in and them answer the phone. Something so quick and simple took around 15 min just waiting her to answer the calls. Elevator was strange and slow. Foods at breakfast were very oily.

Great location, rooms comfortable and clean had a sea view room which made up for the other shortfall of the bathroom.

Bathroom was old and rusting, disappointed with the shower in bath facility but I would not let that sway my decision to book again as we are in Greece. Shame about the condition though of the bathroom really let the hotel stay for us a negative taking that aside the stay was lovely great view comfortable beds and clean.
