* Sophia on Reception was great. She was very friendly and helpful and always had time for a quick chat. * All the Breakfasts were superb! There was a huge variety and choice of food every morning. * Staff were very nice to deal with. * The location of the Hotel is excellent but some people might not like hearing the late night noise from the nearby Bars. *Antonius in the Pool Bar who works after 6pm is a tremendous asset to the Hotel. His English is excellent, he was professional and very efficient at his job with the ability to look after a number of Guests simultaneously. In our view, he is a real credit to the Business.

* The Hotel does not offer snacks or meals in the evenings, which is a pity although food is available all day until 6pm. * The Roof Top Swimming Pool is very small and access would be difficult for people with poor mobility. * However, the Roof Top Bar was a great place to relax in. * We did manage but the Bathroom in our Room was tiny!

Absolutely loved this hotel & would go back in a heartbeat! The staff were incredible too & so helpful - Denise & Kela in the restaurant, thank you so much for the super delicious breakfasts & service! Sophia & Angela on reception, superstars for all of their info, massively appreciated all of your help & Eirini as well for her efficient communication & assistance following the changes I needed to make to the booking. We had the family room on the top floor which was perfect for us, so spacious & the two bathrooms came in so handy. The cleaning service was superb too, with fresh towels every day & bath robes & slippers, which were handy out on the huge balcony! The beds were super comfy too. And the view was just absolutely incredible, I could sit there all day & look out at the sea & amazing churches. This room was just the best also to watch the Easter traditions, couldn't ask for a better view! The pool had just been refurbished & it was absolutely stunning up there - we had the place to ourselves too which was lovely. The bar serves fantastic G&Ts too! The kids loved the pool table also by the way & kept them occupied & off their phones for a bit! It is perfectly located next to everything & parking along the seafront was easy, with only a few minutes walk to the hotel.

Wow - what a superb location! Also the roof top pool, bar and terrace is simply stunning. What a view. It is no more than 20 paces from the hotel entrance to one of the main squares of Zante Old Town where all the bars and restaurants are. We had some minors issues with our first room so the lovely receptionist and manager moved us to another room. It was great. The breakfast was really good - couldn't fault it.

The one slight thing I would say about this beautiful hotel is that it is an old building and sound travels so in the mornings it can be a bit noisy...but to be honest so can all hotels so don't let this put you off.

The staff was amazing!! Thank you all for the big help and empathy you offered to the couple from room "207" who had the scooter accident, you were very nice to us and helpful, and we appreciate it a lot!!

Everything was ok, only thing to note, probably for cheaper rooms on H level they can be a bit noisy.

The location was close to the port and town. Walking distance to all the restaurants and stores made it easy to move around. The hotel was well managed and rooms were always cleaned. The breakfast offered by was also nice.

The rooms and bathroom were small with little room to have luggage for two people. Parking in area is very limited.

Very convenient Location just by St Mark Square where all restaurants, stores are! Walkable distance to the beach. Very clean hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. Pool was a great addition to our stay there

Breakfast could have mote healthy options

I went during the off-season, so they were doing maintenance works, the door was not locking on the first room so they changed me to a different room, which was ok. In the gym, none of the machines were working, but upon raising my concern, they were repaired in 24 hours. So overall it was nice!

Excellent location right in the centre by Marcus Square and great for restaurants, shops and sightseeing. The dining area for breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Roof top pool with great views.

The comfort room we had was a bit too small and bathroom dated for a nice city hotel. Roof top pool area could do with a bit of maintenance.

Diana hotel was an enjoyable hotel to stay at. It is in a great location and it is possible to get both taxis and buses from there easily. It had a nice rooftop pool/bar area, which featured a nice view and a great place to sit and get some sun. The staff at the reception were great to interact with and very helpful.

The recepcionist was so Nice and friendly, helped me ! Breakfast: perfect , the better I had in greece The room was old style , but you could see everything was very clean. Localization : the better ! Very central , a lot of nice restaurants all around. And I didnt wake up with any bell like someone said

The only thing that they could do , is to fix the Smell that comes from the drain of bathroom . It Wasn’t Pleasant Because was a really strong smell .
