The only thing that caused us discomfort was the smell of sewage in the shower. In reality, this is a very big problem. If you don't close the door to the shower, then the unpleasant smell remains in the whole room, and closing the door is also a bad idea, since there is a weak hood and there is a lot of moisture after taking a shower... There is one more thing, for breakfast, most likely they do not change the juice in banks, and they are constantly topped up. Because of this, the last 3 days the orange juice tasted like sour juice... 😟

The hotel is on the main road, centrally located and close to the sea. Our room was new, spacious and with everything we could need. Fridge, iron and iron table, safe box, cattle for coffee. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of options from cold to hot including home made cakes. The swimming pool is nice and clean, there is an area for water massages. The bar at the pool offers drink and food. The real jewel of this hotel is the staff, everybody very helpful, professional and giving an excellent service to customer. We visited this property between end of May and beginning of June, the weather was not that hot to turn in AC. We slept with the window open and during the night there was some noise coming from the street but this is kind of obvious because the location is in the Main Street. This didn’t disturb our sleep and relax.

The breakfast was great, the place is pretty and taken care of. The staff, especially the morning-shift lady (and everyone else) was really helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

The shower flooded our room very easily, it was a freshly done room and its door didn't keep the water inside so it was a hassle to shower. It's a typical design flaw in most new showers lately, but the staff was helpful and gave tips to keep the water in and helped us clean it up so nothing serious! The matress was sooo soft, it was pretty difficult to sleep in it even with hotel standards but I am used to hard ones so it might not be a big deal for most people.

Well what can I say, our stay with Tzante Hotel was absolutely amazing. I would like to say a massive thank you to Mike and Ledi for making our stay at Tzante so relaxed and enjoyable. They were both very customer friendly and not only took the time to speak with customers individually, but also had a laugh when we were in the pool area. Marta the receptionist was so accomodating, kind and approachable. She was very helpful in arranging a taxi back to the airport and arranging for someone to fix our room safe. The staff in the dinning area were very friendly and always very polite. Me and my partner also spoke with Denis the owner, who was again very approachable, friendly and welcoming. We stayed and had bed and breakfast, our hotel room was a large double room, very spacious, super king-size bed and a balcony overlooking the Laganas strip. The swimming area was not too busy, allowing us to use the pool and always have somewhere to sit and chill. The staff at the bar (Mike) allowed us to select song to play from Spotify and he would also bring our drinks to us, where ever we were sitting. Our overall stay at Tzante was 9/10, only because the breakfast could improve. Regardless of this it is a great location, reasonably priced, great customer services and easy access to the night life. The breakfast wasn't great and was quite basic, however there is a breach bar a few minutes walk away, which serves a Full English Breakfast which was delicious and reasonable priced at 9 euros.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I want to give a special mention and shoutouts to Marta and Ledjus who went above and beyond to help with two special requests—organizing a birthday surprise for one of my friends and another surprise for my partner. Both were executed perfectly, communicating with them and synchronizing everything was great, and they are lovely and so kindhearted people both of them!! Thank you Marta and Ledjus! You are brilliant at what you do. I booked two rooms, and both were modern, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. Breakfast was great, even though it wasn’t the biggest selection, they do offer a good variety of options. There was definitely something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, the hotel’s service, cleanliness, and amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and would love to return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Very stylish and clean, elegant hotel for adults only. No reasons for 3* in our opinion, should be 4* by all means. Everything worked and room was designed in a way that it was easy to use and enjoy. Even though it in busy street with bars, we hardly heard anything thanks to soundproof windows. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very decent and fresh. Highly recommended.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered in any of my travels and made me feel welcome as if I were home. Very clean and always at a button away to have whatever was needed. The place is right in the heart of Laganas, where it’s full of restaurants and very close to the beach. Good breakfast with much variety. Office managers were the most helpful with a lot of patience, explaining what to do and making reservations for us.

Pool closes at night time for cleaning purposes, but considering what damage and noise some tourists could do during nighttime, this was not a problem.

My best friend and myself booked a last minute girls getaway to Laganas in Zakynthos and are very happy that we stayed at Tzante Hotel. We couldn't recommend the hotel enough! It is located right on the strip close to all bars and restaurants, the beach is a two minute walk up the road, the hotel is spotlessly clean, as was the bedroom. The decor is modern, the bed was huge and very comfortable, plenty of storage, walk in shower, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and iron board etc. The cleaners were in every day and always made sure we had enough towels and bed linen. Breakfast has a lot of variety, continental food and hot food. Pancakes are very nice, coffees, juices and pastries are a nice touch. The pool has everything you need, jets in the pool, sunbed with a canopy, the pool bar is fantastic, drinks and food are great. The hotel is a family run hotel and you can clearly see the personal touches that have been put in place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, from start to finish. A special thanks to Espi in particular who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, Mama Petta and Ledi for all of their assistance and all the staff for a great stay. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough, a great stay from start to finish, a home away from home, book your stay now 😊

We liked the hotel's prime location, offering convenience, while the attentive staff ensured a welcoming atmosphere. The delicious food options added to the delightful experience, complemented by cleanliness throughout. Moreover, the inviting pool area provided a perfect spot for relaxation.

Despite the excellent aspects, the mattress in our initial room was uncomfortable. After discussing this with the hotel, they promptly accommodated us in another room and assisted with moving our belongings. We truly appreciated their responsive service and commitment to ensuring our comfort.

First, I was there during a shoulder season so the clubs weren’t crazy and it was quiet while I was there. I thought the facilities were well done (I think I was in a newly renovated room), the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had a hotel, close proximity to the beach, but what truly makes this property stand out is the staff. Especially Hellen! I hope you’re lucky enough to meet her while you’re there! She’s so kind and extremely helpful with anything and everything. The whole team was great! Thanks for a great stay!

I don’t love the location, but it is extremely convenient.
