What’s not to like about it the location is perfect Central close to Tumon close to downtown and easy driving distance to restaurant and the shopping malls GPO Micronesia mall and close to the again shopping center as well. You don’t have to travel far a good 15 minute drive either way then of course there’s a staff over at Lupine who have been very helpful. Always put me in a good mood every morning just greeting me and saying good morning then the neighbors, guess they’re too as well there very friendly all in all I loved it and I’m still loving it. And despite the low rates of other hotels in within the area, it’s worth the money,. I do recommend this place. I give them seven out of five stars the extra two stars my two thumbs up great job and thank you for having me as a guest.!!! Happy belated Mother’s Day and happy Father’s Day to all Dads and single moms who are playing both roles as a father and mother for their children and families…. You are a blessing and inspiration to not just myself but to everyone as well… ✌️😘😘

I don’t have any dislikes towards the property itself. It’s a great place to be living and prime property….

The staff from the concierge , front desk staff and their colleagues have been very professional and helpful to me as a local resident and customer and guest I am very pleased with their services and I will recommend any individual or family group to keep Alupang as a safe and enjoyable place to stay, especially because of their loyal and customer friendly service and friendly attitude even when facing not so comfortable working conditions. So high praise to Ms. Rey and her colleagues and keep up the good work. I’m impressed that the rooms were very suitable considering the age and it’s constant usage..

The parking

Not crowded great privacy the rooms were awesome felt really homey we had a living room and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer dryer combo. We didnt even have to go out to eat just cooked in the kitchen. Was really worth the price to get away for a weekend

Jacuzzi was out of order the restrooms were out of order as well and i think only 1 elevator was working out of 3

We had the two bedroom condo. The size is great, like a small apartment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. We had a great view. Not the best beach to swim in but we did enjoy walking along the beach. The pool is nice. The price was great for the size and would consider staying here again. Staff was great! There is a small convenience store in the lobby.

The property is a bit worn. We had a queen bed and two twins. One of the twin beds was firm and could feel some of the springs. The other two beds were good. There is bare basics in the kitchen. 4 of everything to eat on (except only 2 drinking glasses). No dish soap or towels in kitchen. But for the price, we bought some plastic cups, paper towels, and dish soap. It was a great deal for the price. Hot tub is dry but the pool is good.

The room was nice and spacious. It has a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Overall, our stay was great!

the room layout provided independent private rooms and the option of 2nd bathroom all in one rental unit. such a wonderful experience to actually house my entire family. although we were visiting for 3 weeks, Alupang Towers offered a place that very much felt like a Home away from Home. need to mention the convenience store on-site that offered simple necessities that complimented the use of kitchen in the unit.

cost will always play a part in "Satisfaction". suggest an "incentivized" rate for extended stays >13+ days to include waiving fees for extending.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a convenient store in the lobby that sells most things that you may have forgotten and that you'll need during a hotel stay.

The A/C wasn't cold. The room was comfortable, but not cold. Also, their pool was closed down for maintenance, which is understandable due to a storm that had just passed.

It was very spacious. Enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunset fr the balcony.

The phone in the rm wasn't working. It took awhile before the maintenance guy stopped by to fix the problem. He gave us a phone fr another rm. Also...requested additional towels but never received them.

The rooms were spacious what a family would like

I didn't like was when someone you know Had trouble with someone in the facility and it wasn't there fault and they are supposed to remove both party's from the property and the only remove you and not the other party and tell you you can't rent there anymore because of someone else mistake now I can't rent because of it

Breakfast wasn't available no restaurant on site but close enough to walk to multiple options. Location perfect on the beach. They have washer & dryer !!!!

A restaurant on the premises would've been nice.
