The location, the very clean bed sheets and good size rooms. I was also very happy that we were on the ground floor. Very convenient.

The shower - curtain was bothersome kept sticking to my body. The water pressure was too low. The beds were comfy but was too low made it a bit difficult to get off. That's all.

Staff was Amazing! Made some great friends! Rooms were tidy and I loved my view from the third floor. Pool is a wonderful area to hang out at especially with kids so they can see planes come and go. Stayed there for 10 days and it’s so conveniently close to Payless,Subway, KFC, McD’s and gas stations! Laundry room is easy accesible to the guests. The drinks and snacks at the front desk were a godsend for late night snack cravings. I will be sure to come back again!!!

Staff is great, very friendly and polite. Hands up to the few of them I've encountered, MS. SHERRY, MS. AIDA, MR. JAKIN, MR. JOEY, MS. MICHELLE and one young female who I don't recall her name- you guys are all Awesome! The Continental Breakfast is great, awesome if lunch or dinner could be included. Sales of goods, drinks and snacks is good. Prices are reasonable.

Elavator not operable, Lack of cable, phone lines static or not able to hear, pool is not usable, room or suites with kitchen and living room not available, out of order.

The junior suite room we had was beautiful! Staff and management especially a lady hopefully I get her name correct began with S not sure if it was sherry her customer service was amazing. Pool wasn't ready get due to our typhoon/tropical storm we just had but other than that would for sure return with my kids.

The breakfast was pckage food since the kitchen was renovated. Hopefully next time I stay the kitchen is open

Before there was a package of room and the rental car. Hopefully will restart that program in the future.

The room and bed are just perfect for me. Always clean and comfortable.

THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE BUT NEED HELP WITH-CAN YOU SEND ME AN AGREEMENT FOR THE RENTAL CAR. I NEED TO FILE THE EXPENSES. NEED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR THAT. PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN E-MAIL ME AN AGREEMENT FOR THE CAR RENTAL, THANK YOU.

The long hallways n there's not much of a variety of drinks n snacks...maybe consider a lil store in the hotel or get more food/snacks/drinks

Arrived at our room 319,...TV wasn't working, remote control not working as wee, ac was off when we're at the room.and no towels available..

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean.

The water in the shower could be better. The hot water was low when in use.

Staff are awesome, and very comfortable..

I've transferred to another room because the water pressure is really low...preferably higher floor nxt time..
