Check-in was quick, the staff were great, the property was clean, and the hotel room was worth the price.

The bed, though essentially just plywood with a thin mattress topper, was still surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom area, if it could be called that, lacked the usual walls enclosing a bathroom and was open to the rest of the room. It included a sink on one side, with glass sliding doors and a glass partition separating the shower and toilet. While the setup was unconventional, it somewhat worked. However, shower water leaked onto the floor, so I had to request extra floor mats..

The staff was firendly and responded efficiently to my requests. Housekeeping was daily so the room was always clean. Bed and other furniture in the room was comfortable and served my needs.

free wifi in the room i stayed kept timing out. However, I would still recommend the hotal as this was my first time to experience the issue and when reported the staff tried to resolve the issue.

Affordable, great location, friendly staff. We had everything we needed for 4 nights without the help of the room attendants.

The room smelled a little funny, but my partner said it smelled fine. Although the renovations looks nice, there is no counter space in the bathroom and I wish the mirror reflection wasn't black. The barn door design for the bathroom is a nice touch, but not so nice after you do your business because the exhaust does not work. There were signs everywhere saying "park at your own risk" but I wish there were cameras in the parking lot just for safety reasons.

The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The heated toilet seat was surprisingly comfortable. The three settings in the shower all had great heat and pressure: rain shower, hand held, foot faucet. This was my favorite part. I almost forgot the mention there are blue LED lighting inside the toilet and around the sink.

I would have loved to have a freezer instead of just a refrigerator.

Location was great. Room was small but effectively laid out.

The beds were so hard that it hurt to sleep on my side. As a side sleeper this ruined my sleep and hurt my hips. I have never experienced such hard beds in a hotel. The management response was that the beds were all new and hard beds had been chosen because there had been too many complaints about beds being too soft! Hey, guys, there's a middle ground that will please most of the people most of the time! We are locals and we usually use Guam Plaza Resort & Spa. Same price, very comfy beds, at the other end of Tumon Bay. We tried this one this time for location; never again!

I liked the renovations, closeness to the airport, store, the white clean towels available amenities (blower dryer, ironing board and iron) with coin washer and dryer. Front desk had pods for washing available too. Super easy for anyone to get comfortable and have all needs met. Love the outside palapala for people to sit and wait on laundry. Night staff are ALWAYS welcoming.

I stayed with colleagues and didn't feel comfortable with the restroom sliding door and the gap it left when closed. Not my ideal door set up for people you work with.

I had a 26 hour layover in Guam after leaving Saipan, so this wasn't a planned visit. The suite was exceptional, tastefully designed and decorated and everything looked new. This was a very comfortable place to ride out my layover. I did explore the surroundings but there were no sidewalks in this area, so I didn't stray too far. There were shops within walking distance to buy meals and snacks. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check-in early without an additional charge.

There was no room for improvements!

Having a car is a MUST. If I went anywhere in a taxi it was $20 a ride You can hear people in the hallway and outside. That doesn’t bother me. But one evening I had someone knocking on my door for a long time, laughing, and covering the look out hole. As a lone female traveler, I didn’t open it and put it down to drink confusion. But I called the front desk and got no answer.

Good location

Staff doesn't read notes on a booking. I arrived on a 5am flight and wanted to pay in cash. I booked for night prior to 5am as I knew I would need to pay for the night but made sure to put notes in multiple areas. The staff and the manager charged the card for one night assuming I was a no show. Please TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO READ ALL NOTES.

The room is great and just the bed I think it needs to be upgraded to a more comfortable ones. As for the location, it is very easy to get to where I needed to go to.

Nothing really, it just the WiFi in my room is very weak and I was unable to go online at time when I was in my room. I hope next time I go back there will be a strong WiFi in the rooms.
