This property is huge and beautiful, in a great location that makes walking to explore Antigua easy. We were greeted with a welcome drink, then shown to our room. Our room was probably spacious by standards of the city (though for 3 adults a bit tight on space for luggage/getting into our things. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked well, bathroom was clean and water hot. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Only minor complaint is that there were no hooks anywhere for wet towels, swimsuits, etc. Good to also know that the rooftop area is very small (you'd have to buy a drink at the bar upstairs and take it up there), and it took a while for me to find someone to unlock it.

Our family of 3 stayed in a corner room with 2 double beds. The room was clean and tidy, nice bathroom with shower, robes. The room was spacious with a small table and chair in addition to the desk. The location was great, short walking distance to everything in town, restaurants, sights, mini marts. We were able to easily get uber to airport and other sightseeing. The jacuzzi was fine, decent size but water wasn't too hot. Overall, we had a a nice stay and I would recommend staying here.

The hotel hosts large events so can be noisy when guests return to rooms late at night. Some rooms are probably noisier than others depending on location. The doors slam loudly, if they install softer closing doors, it would be much more pleasant.

The amenities were very well taken care of. I loved the hot coffee available and the grounds were taken care of. But overall, the hotel was amazing and I would definitely book another room when I return to Guatemala.

I found the bed quite firm and did not have the best sleeps. The hotel advertised they had a jacuzzi and it was treated more like a pool. I wanted to relax but there were too many kids in the "jacuzzi", treating it like a pool.

Bed was comfortable, there were tons of pillows, very warm covers. The room was a good size, ac was amazing. Bathroom was very clean, they always made sure toilet paper was in there and that the towels were switched out every time.

Everything was perfect.!

This hotel is breathtaking. We didn’t know what to expect but it was absolutely stunning, the staff were incredibly pleasant and the food was delicious. They were so helpful in arranging food for our early morning tour, and even helped facilitate transport to lake atitlan when our shuttle last minute cancelled. Can’t recommend this place enough

The furnishings and the bed were super comfortable and the door between our rooms was perfect since we selected the suite and a regular room.

For the price, coffee and water should of been included. A 5 star hotel should have better ways to make good quality morning coffee. The coffee machine is one typically found in a 3 star hotel.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The property is gorgeous and just walking around the fragrant gardens was a joy in itself. We stayed in a very large room, with a nice shower (good temperature and pressure) and a wonderful bed. Breakfast is amazing as well, with a lot of choices. We didn’t have dinner at the property but we did have drinks on the roof, which is recommended! The jacuzzi looked inviting and the whole property, including the room, was very quiet. The main highlight was the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely come back if we ever return to Antigua.

There isn't really anything to improve! I may have missed a message but it was a surprise that we didn't get a physical key but had to use an app instead, it would have been nice to have been able to download and sign up prior to our visit to make the check-in process easier. But really, our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Nice hotel for vacations with family. Near center of town but in the quietest area. Welcoming cocktails and coffee available for guest was nice. Key to access rooms and parking with the app work with out problems. Staff respectful and attentive. Front desk offer and extra bed since the reservation was for three.

Beds could improve. Small jacuzzi for all guest but manageable in low season. The third bed was smaller. Towels and robs for three but miss 2 pair of slippers Rooftop small but comfy difficult to access for seniors the rest of the hotel is accesible for wheelchair ramps.

Cozy, quaint, welcoming and friendly. The bedding was wonderful and beds comfortable. Rooms extremely quiet and lovely to hang around in. The location was brilliant.

Honestly I wouldn’t have anything to note in terms of dislikes.

The property is absolutely delightful, each section of rooms have its own courtyard, with patio chairs / table to lounge and relax. A very quiet and serene property, well kept, clean, the best part is soaking in jacuzzi after a long day of walks & hikes. Free Coffee is great. Hotel staff are very polite and nice, always with a smile greeting us, and asking if we need anything.

Almost nothing, we wish jacuzzi is open till 10pm instead of 9 pm.
