Nice hot showers! Breakfast at next door hotel was included and delicious. For our early check-out there was a box lunch provided. Also as we arrived early to Flores, the hotel had let us do early check-in without extra charge. We were also allowed to use next door hotel`s pool so we had actually 3 small pools to use. Staff was friendly and also the housekeeper was very nice. The hotel is in a street where there are lots of restaurants and bars so very easy to go out and eat. anyway, Flores is not big, but it is super relaxing when you have everything very close. the little supermarket is only 1 street down.

at the otherside of the road there is a club, which you will hear the music late at night. it would be nice if they also had free tea at the lobby and not just only coffee.

Very pretty hotel, the pool is a life saver in the heat! Breakfast was served in the neighbor hotel and I had no problems getting it and it was good. Room has A/C and was spacious and clean. Location is central on the island, which is super small anyway. The sunset views were a huge plus!!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, with good air conditioning and warm water in the shower. Right next to a good swimming spot at sunset and a small but refreshing pool. Breakfast was a few doors down but delicious, with Western and typical options available.

Quite expensive once taxes/additional charges are included, for what you get.

Location had potential to be noisy at night. Had to go to neighbouring hotel for breakfast. Pool was small and didn't look very clean.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are big with comfy beds (We even had 3 double beds in our room)! The pool is nice, the view is amazing, right in front of the lake! Superb Breakfast included! They can even prepare a "lunch" box if you need to leave earlier than 6am to Tikal or to the airport.

There is a club/discotheque next to the hotel with extremly loud music.. so be prepare to sleep either with ear plugs or enjoy loud music until 1am. I personally don't care about sounds while trying to sleep, but my partner suffered it a lot.

Very well located on the Island of Flores, close to restaurants, shops, and tour pick up/drop off points. The staff were lovely and accomodating, even offering to pack a breakfast for me as I left early. I was given earplugs in case it got too noisy, thankfully it never did.

The rooms are somewhat small, the bathroom wasnt the cleanest with some mould growth.

Big enough room had hair drier, a safe deposit box. When i went to Tikal, they provided a packed breakfast.

Had to go to an adjacent hotel for bfast, my room was right next to reception area and the laundry area, thus noisy.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, is very clean and the staff were very helpful.

There was a lot of noise from the corridor outside the room as the internal window don’t mask the sound much.

Super clean, warm shower, very comfortable and a small pool. Plus when we couldn’t make breakfast, they gave us a small lunchbag which was nice. The location is very convenient.

Its rooms go out to the partystreet and when they play loud music it seems like the party is right in your room. The pool-area could use some more chairs etc.

Staff was friendly, location was great, & views from our lakeside window were beautiful! Water & infused water in lobby was nice too. Pool is small but all you need to cool off in the Flores heat!
