Perched on the top of the hills of Buda. This hotel had wonderful views of Budapest without all the noise! Clean older school vibe with actual keys for the doors, and a wonderful breakfast. It met all of my needs for quiet, comfort and affordability. It's not the Ritz but it doesn't have the Ritz price tag either. A very nice clean affordable hotel. Highly recommended!

Nothing really! You do have to take public transportation or drive to central Budapest but it's not really a big deal. Plenty of options between the blue buses, yellow tram (trains) and underground metro. It is a bit confusing but google maps will tell you which ones to take.

Staff is very friendly! Mattress is firm what we absolutely loved. We had like a small 1 bed apartment with a room, bathroom, with a mini hall for coats and shoes. The scenery is absolutely stunning here as hotel is located on the top of Buda's hill. Breakfast is €10 and really good if you prefer the Eastern European version over English, with cheese, salami, (always hot) omelette, rolls, tomatoes and pepper/cereals, jams, Nutella. You will get the old fashion kind of very nice customer service where staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking spaces are free and om street just right in front of the hotel. Beautiful experience we had here! Thank you!

Furniture is a little bit outdated but bed is very comfortable and big.

We were extremely satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was equipped with a fridge, air conditioner, and TV. There was a large terrace with a sun lounger and a view of the parking area. The hotel offers free parking spaces right in front of the entrance. There is also access to a small gym with all the basic essentials. The bed was a double and very comfortable. Although we were a bit late for breakfast (served until 10:00 AM), the hotel kindly prepared a generous and delicious hot meal for us. We were truly pleased! Thank you very much for the warm hospitality! We will definitely visit again!

A very welcoming hotel, located in a quiet area of the big capital. I really liked the quietness which made us rest very well. The breakfast was tasty, traditional Hungarian and sufficient. The staff at the reception and at breakfast were very friendly. We also appreciated the fact that we were contacted before arriving to receive details regarding the accommodation

I can't say the room was very big, but enough for a rest. What we didn't like was the fact that the pillows were worn out and not really good for a rest. That's all

Very nice place to stay. Spacious room with a big, comfortable bed, private bathroom and entrance to a garden. Very nice and helpful staff, they will help you with any problem. Tasty breakfasts in form of Swedish buffet. Hotel is a little bit far from the city center, but you can easily travel by bus and metro. Although area is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the city. Totally recommend!

Room was nice and clean, warm and cozy (not too big and not too small). Liked that I could open door onto my own little bit of patio area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It would be so much better if an evening meal was available as the area is pretty remote and there are no shops or restaurants nearby. I did know this but still booked as it was close to where I needed to be.

Property was very clean - super impressive by the standard! Beds were comfortable, though not a luxury hotel, it was exactly what we needed. Location was ideal and resulted in a nice, quiet stay. Super easy to get to by public transport! Though it does help to know the area...

Breakfast was very basic, very few options for myself and my partner.

Good location for a quick 30 mins drive to Hungaroring for Grand Prix weekend. Also is out of the way so good for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to drive into town for dinner or sightseeing. Staff were really nice and the breakfast was really good but difficult if you're planning to go to Hungaroring very early. Plenty of parking and in a lovely safe area.

I stayed before in this hotel. One of the most affordable options in Budapest if you look for a comfy place with breakfast. I like the quiet location of the place, with clean air, high up the hills in an affluent neighbourhood. Connection with public transport is good, a bus line begins just a few hundred metres away. At night one needs to walk about 1 km to a busstop of one of the nightlines.

The advantage (quiet location away from the centre) is of course for some also an disadvantage. If you want to be close to the centre at all time, this is not the place for you.

We liked pretty much everything, very friendly staff (didnt lose their smile even when we asked for a different room), cosy room had its own door to separate it from the noise inside the hotel, large balcony with table and chairs and lovely view over the city (from the second floor), clean bathroom, comfy beds, parking in front of the hotel. We didnt have breakfast this time but surely will try it next time.
