Nice hotel in quiet neighborhood. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was very quiet, yet it appears that the city center was easily accessible via a nearby bus. We didn't have the chance to go into the city as we were utilized the hotel as a stopover during a road trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room including a mini fridge and a fan. The hotel staff recommended a restaurant about 150 metres down the hill. The food and the atmosphere at that restaurant was amazing. The hotel offers free parking and the breakfast provided ample selections of juices, cheese, meats, and rolls.

Most of all, we liked the location. It is very quiet neighborhood with lots of green, no traffic jam, you can hear birds in the morning. The tram is 3 steps away, literally, and bus 200m. We wouldn't stay in a hotel in some other part of town again. Second of all, the receptionist was very polite and kind, he helped us with all info we needed upon the arrival and during out staying, too. He was on hend for anything we needed, and always friendly. The hotel was sparkling clean, bathroom was big enough and clean, coffee, tea and toiletries we did not lack, and beds were comfortable almos as at home. Combination of long city tours, trees and birds around hotel, and comfy beds, made us sleep like babies. We could also buy breakfasts at the hotel even if we did not make reservation previously, and the food table had everything you need for a breakfast. To sum it up, it is a small, very cosy and friendly hotel, that has everything you need for your vacation. We would definitely recommend and we will stay in Walzer again for sure.

There was nothing we did not like, it suited us perfectly.

Everything was great. Mostly the hospitality of the staff. She was very helpful, providing us with a necessary informations and very polite. Room was very clean, with a comfortable bads. We had private parking free of charge. Near the hotel is a tram station, and about 100 metres is a bus station, so it's easy to get to the centre of the city.

We had a nice stay in Budapest. Nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Superb value for money. Don't expect all the food facilities of a corporate Hotel, but they try to help and there is an excellent restaurant 200 metre away. The Tram stop is 20 metres’ with free transport across Budapest for the over 60s. No pass needed! Very quiet location but only 20 min from the Parliament Buildings.

Good value for money. It was nice to stay at Buda side, because its very picturesque, and to reach Pest side we got to see the wonderful views crossing the bridges. Very well connected by public transport (10-20 minutes, buses come often), Uber ride in the evening was around 10 euros. The room was okay and clean, with a nice spacious bathroom. Very quiet neighbourhood which was good for sleeping.

Very beautiful hotel with private parking, elevator, it was clean, the tram station is right there, rooms are big enough, large beds (but small in length!!), the staff speak english very well.

The tram rumbles at the window (not a huge problem), the wi-fi connection was very poor at our room. The biggest problem was the bed, it was small in length (my feet were getting out).

Breakfast had different cereals, also there were cold slices of chicken and ham with cheese, toast and coffee. Room was always warm and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is extra.

Location was a little far outside the city for me, nice if you want privacy, it’s a good area with plenty of large houses.

A bit outdated interior, no air conditioning, breakfast very simple. I personally missed fresh fruit and fresh orange juice.

Big place where to park the car. It has AC and the room looks nice. Staff is very helpful.

Too far from center on Pesta side. Bus has to be taken. Still too hot even with AC. Room kinda small. Bathroom felt bigger than the room. A very small fridge that is not really getting things colder. Bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

Everything is great. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet, the windows open for ventilation. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms - this is a big plus.

The billiards in the lobby are just part of the interior. When we were there, breakfasts were not offered.
