The room price was excellent, if you consider that it is a 4 star hotel and in Budapest. The room was spacious with separate toilet and bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Parking is free and safe. The bed linen and towels were perfectly clean. So all in all it was very ok.

I gave an 8, because the carpet looked strange, if it was stained or just had an unsuccessful attempt of cleaning. And it smellt also a bit damp. We have been several times to this hotel, but never in this wing. The other parts were extremely good. Besides, the toilet was so low as if it were made for a little child. Not a problem for us, but again???? The lady at the reception did her job perfectly, but did not crack a smile, not a tiny one. I don't know what the problem might be, but she has no smile for the guests.

The clean bedsheets, the food in the restaurant, the parking, the staff

The carpet in the room was rather dirty.

The hotel was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower and bathroom. The staff spoke English well enough to handle basic communication, which was helpful. Parking was convenient, accessible via a ramp, and vehicles were parked right next to the hotel—a plus for security. The breakfast offered a solid selection of essentials, including eggs, bread, butter, and hotdogs—just enough variety without being overwhelming. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Without a doubt, I’d stay here again!

The television is quite outdated—it’s not a smart TV, so there’s no access to Netflix or other streaming platforms. If you want to watch anything online, you’d need to connect a laptop to the TV. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was slow during my stay. If you have unlimited mobile data, you’ll likely get better speeds using that instead.

Large room with lots of desk and storage space. Big bathroom with excellent shower too.

Convenient location, located close to both a tram and a metro stop and yet the windows insulated very well from any traffic noise. Staff were very friendly when checking in and made sure we had everything we needed to orient ourselves without being overbearing. For a last-minute booking (made when we realized family would need some overflow housing) we were very pleased with the space available and the price seemed very fair for the facilities on offer.

We were very satisfied (see below for positives!) Two very minor notes - while the shower space has a long setback from the rest of the bathroom, we didn't notice a curtain or door and so just had to be a bit careful of the floor being wet afterwards. We were encouraged to check in online via email, which we did on the website (mostly to upload ID numbers). However, we needed to stop by the front desk to receive keys/have identification scanned anyway; perhaps if you download the app there's some other benefit to checking in online? But these are minor points in an otherwise very satisfying experience.

The Anna Hotel is outside the city in a quiet and secluded area, although it’s not far from Tram 19 and 49 station that takes you into the city area. The hotel is nice and clean with fluffy white towels in a large bathroom and it has a large bedroom with adequate facilities. The restaurant is big and spacious - not a a huge variety of foods but still adequate. There is a huge shopping mall about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The room was overbearingly hot. I was told the air-conditioning wouldn’t be switched on until the 1st of May and that they had no fans available. I sweated all night - luckily I was able to open the window!

This hotel is located in a quiet street, but near the public transporation and railway station. So, convenient for travelling to the city centre or anywhere without your car. There is a free and safe private parking. The room was designed by a genius, everything is very conveniently and smartly placed and organized. The room was spacious and we had all we needed, though, the toilet door could have been cleaner. And it would be a good idea to wash the surfaces from time to time, because they are clean at first sight, but if you wipe the tabletops, you will see they are not that clean. Other than that it is more than ok a hotel especially if you think of the prices.

The rooms are not really soundproof, so sometimes the noisy guests can disturb you. The reception staff is interesting in this hotel. Now there was a lady who was not unfriendly but so unsmiling and "cold" that you could have the feeling that you were not welcome. So a bit of extra training might come in handy. And a smile costs nothing but improves things so much....

Rooms vere modern. It was very neat and clean.

AC didn't work during our stay, which was a huge problem bearing in mind that it was 35 degrees outside. We tried to solve the problem by opening the windows, but it was to noisy, because there was a party in the hotel's restaurant. In addition, trams are passing near hotel, so by opening the windows, you can hear them passing. Matreses were to hard for my taste. However, I belive it is was just temporary problem and we simply didn't have luck 🤷🏻‍♂️

The hotel is not located in the city center so don't expect to walk anywhere. There is a tram stop located some 200 meters from the hotel (it will take you 3 minutes by foot to get there) which you can use to get to the center in 20 or so minutes (best download BudapestGo app for this). You can also use taxi, the price is around 10-15 euros. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. Don't expect proficient English (Hungarians in general are very bad with English) but most of the staff will understand your requests.

The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and size, providing a pleasantly spacious environment.

However, one consistent aspect throughout our stay was the reuse of towels, which remained the same for the duration of our visit. Additionally, it was worth noting that the toilet was located separately from the shower area, which may have been unexpected but ultimately manageable. The receptionist was generally accommodating, though there was a minor hiccup during check-in when he requested payment for breakfast. This seemed odd to me, as I had already settled the breakfast fee during the booking process.
