I liked everything except what stays on the negative side.

- the hotel WiFi was actually unusable in my room - somebody tried to cast some Minecraft YouTube-video multiple times on my TV while I was watching football on it - during breakfast the water in the tea kettle was cold (probably the machine wasn't turned on) - not enough vegan options at breakfast (not even some plant based "milk" for the coffee)

I reserved the ground parking for 10Eu/night and it was always available when needed (good point with 2 small kids), and staff was nice and friendly. Really good location to everything we proposed to do in Budapest, in average 20-30 minutes driving.

For an apartment I expected to get at least 3 forks, spoons and so on (since we did not opted for the menu). The shower door was jumping out of it's rail but managed to put it back. The kitchenette water was a bit broken, it was harder to not splash everything while washing some fruits. The kitchenette floor was a bit sticky, but nothing we could not leave with. The access to the room is done based on the card, which needed to be inserted to get electricity. The room was in the attic/mansard/top floor and you could not leave the AC on, to cool the room for 30 minutes while you went down to the garage to bring some packages as you either have an entrance key, or you have electricity. The garden was a bit dried out, so not much fun for the kids.

Maybe it would need some restoration here and there but the rooms are comfortable and the double windows bring a lot of light in plus the tv offers cable tv and the shower is very good with a lot of water. The bus going to the centre is steps away from the front

Staff at reception were really nice. Hotel is nice. Overall it was a pleasent stay.

Breakfast. They do not serve it with enaugh food. Wrong room given for the first night so I needed to move again next day. The towels not changed every day. You need to ask for it and also really modest quantity of shampoo/bath.

There is no free parking. You must park on the street if you can find a spot near the hotel and you need to pay hourly.

Great location if you plan to attend a show at the Budapest Congress Center. There are convinience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and it includes a smart TV with internet access. Breakfast was good. The pastries were incredibly delicious.

Pretty much liked everything for the price.

The breakfast was good and the property was located very close to the tram and bus stop. The cherry on the cake was the friendliness of the staff. We reached Budapest early than the check-in time and the staff was really supportive in accommodating our last minute request. Even during the check out , the staff was really helpful in providing us the option to check out 1-2 hours later (despite a busy season). :)

We liked everything.

It was good value for money, the room was clean and the staff was super nice. We were close to town and the bus stop is just outside the property but it was still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was yummy

It would be good to have some fruits in the breakfast menu, in all the 3 days we were there, there were no fruits
