Nice breakfast. 2 bedroom apartment in building close to the hotel, was nice and clean. Very good connection to the Wi-Fi.

We had pre-paid for the parking for 4 days (15 euro/day) When we came back Saturday night there was no parking space for our car. The very unfriendly man in the reception, said that I could park behind the other cars, and then he would move it around the next morning - no thanks.... when we asked why they sell more parking spots than there are available, he answered in a very rude manner.... so we had to park on the street... and no money in return of the pre-paid parking-spot.

The apartments at the hotel are not typical hotel rooms. They're actually separate flats located in a block adjacent to the hotel itself. The best thing about them is that you get a actual flat for yourself, with a kitchen annex, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a balcony - and it's definitely bigger than a regular hotel room, and at the same time gives you much more privacy. It's a good option for a couple of days stay or for a longer period if you need. The apartment was really spacious, the balcony opened straight into trees, the place was at same time quite quiet and pleasantly located at the foot of the Gellert Hill, and at the same time very well connected to the city centre. It was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. If you don't need a five-star hotel, this might be a perfect place.

There were small shortcomings like no dish-drying rack in the kitchen. It's worth noticing that our apartment was on the top floor and there's no lift in the block (but the receptionist was as kind as to carry one of our bags when he showed us the way to the apartment). You might be slightly discouraged by the look and smell of the staircase, but inside the apartment everything looks and smells fine. The hotel has a parking lot for a reasonable price of 14 euro a day but it's very small and it might happen that there's no free space when you arrive which means you'll have to park in the street, at least until a parking place is freed by another guest. But these are small thing which do not change the overall very good impression.

friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, breakfast was reasonable price and a good selection of cereals, fruit, drinks and cooked food. the rooms were serviced every day with fresh towels provided.

Room decor, fixtures and fittings were ok but a bit old and in need of refreshing, the day bed used as a single bed was particularly uncomfortable, and the bathroom and the w/c, which had no ventilation, were accessed straight off the kitchen area.

Unpleasant smell at the entrance to the building and not so pleasant view from the windows - it's better to keep curtains closed. If you come by car, don't come with a big one. The offered paking place is in the end of the garage, the passage is quite narrow and there are many annoying bumps, which make the parking process long and very uncomfortable.

Hotel is situated close to the city center. It's about 10 minutes walk on foot. Public transportation just opposite the house.

Apartments are nice and quite comfortable. I am satisfied, but it must be taken into consideration, that there is limited privacy in one of two sleeping rooms, which is on the way to shared toilet. No breakfast in the hotel, but in a separate restaurants nearby. Small, but closed, private parking.

The location is as nice not in the center but had a very close bus stop The host was really nice

The staircase of the apartments is full of spider webs and other disgusting things I actually was afraid to get into the apartment but to be fair only the outside was like that still i think they need to clean that.

Free tea and coffee table 24/7. Good wifi, warm room.

Walls very thin, lots of personal noise from other bedrooms.

The WiFi was never more than two bars and the majority of time 1. I was fine as I used my mobile network which was very good in the room

Spacious room, close to my meeting location.

The AC did not work, and the room got really hot, even when the temperature outside was cold. (A busy street outside the window, made it impossible to open the window)

Good looking apartments you can rent.

Cleaning could have been improved. Internet wasn't stable, but alright.
