The location is not too far from the city, there’s public transport nearby too. The location is also safe and quiet. The rooms are clean, they are comfortable and they have everything we needed for our stay. The staff was very friendly and the price for our stay at this hotel was definitely worth it.

Nothing, we liked everything. Only suggestion is to maybe have a microwave for either the room or for a shared microwave for the hotel so we may heat some of our food. In our opinion, a microwave would be better than the TV in the room.

Everything else

When I came here for the first time, I did not find the owner, because could not call the owner, because I had not internet(wifi), even when I had checked-in arrival time. So, I was lucky some guys helped to called him. Therefore, the communication needs to be improved.

We really enjoyed my stay at Czakó Bed & Breakfast. It’s a bit further from the city center, but if you like walking, it’s not an issue. The area is residential, up on a hill with nice views and a park nearby, making it a peaceful retreat from the busy city. The room was comfortable and perfect for a couple, with a small kitchenette, a dining table, and a cozy sofa. However, the kitchen setup was a bit odd—there was a dishwasher but only one plate, no microwave, and no mugs or spoons (though there were two forks, two knives, two wine glasses, and two regular glasses). Maybe we could have asked for mugs, but we didn’t have the time in the end. It’s definitely not equipped for cooking anything beyond instant noodles!

The cleanliness was generally good, except for some dust behind the bathtub. One thing that did stand out was white stains on the sofa—probably something that could be cleaned with a bit of effort. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it didn’t leave the best impression. It also took quite a while for the hot water to start running, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, just with a few small quirks. If the minor cleanliness issues were addressed and the kitchenette was slightly better equipped, it would be even better!

Perfect location, nice area, nice room. Very good value for money.

- Breakfast starts only at 8, which is very late for early birds and for people on a business trip. (Nothing on this at booking.) On my first morning I could not have any breakfast at all due to my agenda, on the second morning I tried to grab something quickly but the first 2 items I asked from the menu card were not available. - It was very hot in the room. Outside 13 C, inside 26.5 C. (Heating set to 20.) - A small table in the room would be very useful to put at least a laptop on.

Very comfortable Bed and Breakfast in the quiet part of the city and fast public transport to the center. Room was not big, but I had everything. I liked the breakfast too much. And special praise for the bathroom facilities - stool and sufficient storage space for toiletries!

Only minor issues - steep stairs (but although I am senior, it was OK), only very small table for work and breakfast is possible from 8:00 o`clock (not very convenient, if you need leave sooner). And confused sending of messages - I received several times the same message how to accomodate (and the last one after my check-out), but nobody answered my questions before my departure from home. However, when I was in front of B and B and call the number, the lady was realy kind and helpful. And because I forgot to ask for invoice, they contacted me on their own. Thanks a lot!

While the room appears larger in the photos, it was great for a night. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. The restaurant next door is wonderful. We would stay again.

Check-in experience. We checked in online and let the staff know about an arrival time. Yet we had to message them on arrival and wait for instructions. They could have just sent us those beforehand. Additionally, the sink was partially blocked and was not draining correctly. Both things easy to fix for future guests. As for others, 10am check-out is was too early for us.

I really enjoyed my stay Czakò Bed& Breakfast in Budapest. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around the city. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest!

The only downside was an unpleasant smell that seemed to come from either the bathroom or the sink. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did affect the overall experience a bit.

The room was super modern. Love the design in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and nice. The bed was amazing as well. It was big, firm and with lots of pillows. From the window, you can see the center of the Budapest. With the bus, it only took 3 stops to go to the center. The wifi worked well. It even had Netflix. Also, there's a restaurant downstairs. No need to worry about your breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room service was great as well. They came in and organized the bed for us on the second day which I didn't expect it at all.

Because it was an old house for making wine before, the design of the roof I supposed can't be changed. However, when you walk in the room, you feel a bit restricted.

The building and the room felt very new and is very nicely designed. The bed and the room in general were very clean and comfortable. Very close to Gellért hill, Buda castle and downtown Pest.

Two minor things. There were some hair here and there on the floor (both in the room and the bathroom) which wasn't a big deal as the room was otherwise sparkling clean, but the cleaning of the floor could be improved a little bit. The screen of the thermostat in the room has rather strong light and was a bit disturding during the night (there wasn't an obvious way to switch it off).

Beautiful room in an old but renovated farm house in a quiet area of Buda. Still, close to reach Buda castle and the chain bridge on foot so really good location.

The responsiveness of the host. I was not sure how to adjust the AC and had a few more questions to which I never received an answer. Its great that check in process is smooth but more responsiveness would be appreciated.
