The room was very confortable and nice decorated. The rooms and bathroom have an adequate size and they were clean. Breakfast was ok, repetitive, you won't starve. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but the bus stations are at 5 minutes walking distance. The area is quite new, it has some bars and shops near the hotel. Front desk employees were nice and helpful.

*The cleaning staff should pay more attention to the usage of cosmetics as we ran out of shower gel and shampoo and we couldn't receive any until the next day. *Some other consumables would be nice, like cotton pads or shower cap. *Also bottled water would be nice, as some people don't drink tap water. *The staff at breakfast could be more friendly.

I would put more effort into the cleaning.

The Hotel is quite new and is located in a newly built business\residential area of Buda. Its location is between tall buildings so a great view is not guaranteed from the room. The rooms are reasonable size, beds are comfortable and overall it is clean, if you would start checking in detail corners and on carpets you can find spots were the cleaning could be better, but it was not problematic for us. Breakfast was nice, with a nice variety, especially cool is the automatic pancakes maker :) Like in most hotels in Budapest the Parking has to be payed additional 15 Euro per night as well as the tourist tax. The city center can be reached with the bus, the station is close by the hotel, by walking you take 25-30min and Uber costs between 10-15 Euro the ride.

It is always better to have Forint in cash, the local currency, since paying with card and accepting the singular exchange rates in each place varies and is connected to additional cost. The rooms had cups and a water boiler, but no tea, coffee or sugar provided.

The rooms are new, clean, and beautifully designed! The hotel has a gym – it’s small, but very stylish and well-equipped, with everything you need for a workout.

1) No slippers provided in the room. 2) The hotel is located quite far from the city center – about an hour’s walk. For this distance, you would expect a more budget-friendly price, but the hotel is actually rather expensive. 3) Breakfast at the hotel costs €17 per person – which is absurd. You can have a much cheaper breakfast at any restaurant in Budapest. 4) The water filter is only available on the ground floor, so you have to go down every time you want to refill the bottle.

From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff truly stood out. We were greeted by two friendly female receptionists who welcomed us with genuine smiles and quickly resolved a room issue, ensuring our son could stay comfortably with us, after consulting with the manager who was certainly customer-care oriented. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made all the difference. Checkout was just as smooth and efficient, with the receptionist Sidra providing kind and attentive service. The entire team made a lasting impression with their commitment to guest comfort. The hotel itself is spotless, with consistently high standards of cleanliness. The Shanghai restaurant is absolutely exquisite both in quality and service, while breakfast offers a great variety and is well-managed. Location is great in Buda part, but we were only interested in certain family atteactions nearby, so we didn't get to explore the surroudings. While I’ve stayed in many hotels, it’s rare to find a team that elevates the experience in such a meaningful way. Cleanliness is essential, but it’s the people who make the stay exceptional, and this team certainly did.

The location of this new hotel is perfect for attending concerts in Budapest Park (or events in e.g. in MVM Dome, Groupama Arena...) as there is a nearby tram-station, but you can also take an easy 20 minute walk across the bridge. If you want to visit City Center, it is a short drive with Uber. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good. There is a water machine in the hall and you can always help yourself with fresh cold water, which is great during the summer. There is a possibility to conveniently park your car in a hotel garage, for a certain fee. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and especially many thanx to Miss Sidra, who kindly helped us with the lost ring 😊. We would certainly come back to this Hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service I had a great stay at this beautiful and very clean hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bar area is stylish and a great place to relax. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff — they made the experience even more enjoyable.

Disappointing details in an otherwise good hotel While the hotel is generally nice, there were a couple of surprising letdowns. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Even more surprising was the quality of the scrambled eggs at breakfast — they were overcooked and spongy, not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. These small but important details really took away from the overall experience.

The staff was nice and helpful, they speak English fluently. There was plenty of space for parking even for a big car. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean. Numerous means of transport are available in the nearest area.

The daily price for parking is too high in my opinion. Food served for breakfast was warm at best, while it should be hot. The variety was also pretty poor, especially if someone aims at something sweet they will be disappointed. That's a shame in a hotel of this standard. One of the teaspoons wasn't completely clean. Again, a big issue in a hotel of this standard.

Really nice beds (in my top 3). Great breakfast and the parking was great (during weekend and nice large spots). Just a great place where i would return for short and long stays. We had 2 separate rooms and they were like described. Rooftop bar was cool! I missed that while booking hahaha. Mol center looked really great at night and the "beach" with al the great places to get food and drinks were really cool. Was a bit hipster territory but after walking around on the "boulevard" i came to the conclusion that there were more locals then tourists having fun! We went for a long nice walk. The 20 aug celebrations were in preparation so a lot of roads were closed next to the Danube river. We knew that so we weren't bothered by it. **TIP** As an extra try BOHO next to de Danube great food and great hospitality. About a 30 minute walk alongside de Danube river or use the BOLT app for a no fraud taxi! Boat trip to Margaret island was also great you can stay there and take any next boat (Check upfront when booking a boat if it is possible!. The Japanese garden was really cool.**

Nothing. Would book again tomorrow without hestitation!

Friendly and informative staff that are welcoming.

The shower room was really lovely but on the first day it flooded all over the shower room and under the toilet. We were really careful with the direction of the shower afterwards and it was okay. We needed new hand and floor towels afterwards but these weren’t replaced. We also didn’t get a new bottle of water when the room was made up. We asked for one at reception which was given to us straight away but thought we’d have a new bottle every day as standard. Breakfast was pleasant but I can’t have caffeine and there wasn’t an option for it on either coffee machine. I could have asked a staff member but they were all running around and busy.
