Communication was great, we were contacted after the booking that the cave bath is closed. They offered several solutions to sort this issue. Nice hotel with an excellent sized room and decor. The style was chosen carefully and with great taste. The interior designer Lilla Gyűrűsi made an inspiring environment. The atmosphere of the dinner was welcoming the food was as good as in a Michelin recommend place. However the drink selection is limited due to the current transition between owners. I felt the drink menu is also a bit overpriced . The spa is beautifully decorated with various options.

There is room for improvement during the breakfast i.e no black tea or lean ham. The options were good quality and delicious but limited.

Outstanding hotel. We last went maybe 10 years ago and wanted to come back ever since. Finally this year we got the opportunity to, and it is every bit as good as we remember. The staff are great, spa facilities are some of the best in the world and in perfect condition. Great food and drink and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. We hope to visit again. Location is also perfect for visiting Tokaj and Boldogko castle.

No negatives. We were worried after so many years, maybe it would be a disappointment, but it was excellent!

We really enjoyed the size of the room, the spa facilities. All around the hotel had a nice atmosphere and tasteful decorations. The dining experiance and food presentation was exceptional.

We had dirty glassware in our room upon arriving,as well as dirty cutlery on the table I would prove the selection of dinner option e.g. salad. We couldn't enjoy the cave pool as it was under renovation. No covered smoking space. The pool water felt cold,and the jacuzzi was always crowded.

The hotel is really nice with a beautiful indoor and outdoor spa area. The staff was very friendly (special thanks to Fanni and Csongar at the reception for their support making our holiday special and to Kitti and Robert for guiding us through the complex knowledge of Hungarian wines). We had a half board during our stay, which was really good quality (mostly an a la carte menu except on busy days) and the wines available to accompany the meal were among the best of the country. Overall an absolutely amazing experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Not much other than the hotel has dimmed lights in the hallways and restaurant making the atmosphere a bit too dark at times. Also they charge a lot if you visit with a pet (HUF 15'000/EUR 40 per night), which is more than any other hotel we have ever visited.

I like everything about this hotel. comfortable rooms, comfortable mattresses and pillows. very good restaurant, attentive professional restaurant staff, remembering little details and our preferences. professional hotel reception , thank you very much for your willingness to help the client. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. and yes, I forgot to mention the SPA. You will really like it, believe me)

Well, it is a spa hotel in wine country so what is not to like? Tarcal is one stop up the line from Tokay and is a bit of a one-horse town. The hotel has a nice pool and some water features, plus a sun trap terrace that was quite hot in May so I imagine might become a tandoori oven in high summer. The wine list is an homage to the local furmint grape variety but struck me as expensive. Unexpectedly there were several very good beers from a craft brewery in Tokay called Baz Beer.

The station is a 15-minute walk away and lifts to and from it are not available. The restaurant is largely buffet based with a chosen main course.

The room, the food, the service and the spa were excellent. We did not have treatments, but the spa facilities were very good.

When I was at breakfast. I got tea, put it on my table and went to get food, the waiters took my tea ☕. This happened both mornings at breakfast, even though I left my coat in the chair on the second morning to help them notice that I had not left the table.

The hotel has a great location approximatelly 5 km from Tokaj. Parking was possible at the hotel (two parking lots are available inside). The room was large and well equipped. We arrived with a 9 months old baby and the room was completely prepared (baby bed, baby bath tub). The breakfast and the dinner was included. The food (4 courses for dinner, buffet service breakfast with additional "a la carte" foods) and the service were excellent. Unfortunatelly, at the time we stayed there the wellness part was closed for refurbishment.

The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner (hair on the floor and on the bathroom furnitures) but otherwise the hotel was excellent.

We had a fantastic time at the Andrássy Kúria. The building is beatiful, the decor is timelessly elegant, and the seasonal festive decorations made the salon and other rooms particularly lovely. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and beautiful, and the breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good. We would love to return. The spa was fantastic, too.

Hair conditioner would be a welcome addition in the spa showers. Otherwise, everything was perfect for us.

A luxury hotel with a spa where hand-made pralines await you upon entering the room. It's a waste of time to describe how fantastic this place is because you can see it on the website. I liked the service the most. The concierge organized a tasting of local wines in a nearby vineyard in 3 minutes. The tasting was conducted by the owner of the vineyard. I recommend Hungarian wines. Waiter service at the highest world level. Talking about the wines with the waiter was a real pleasure.

I spent only one night in the hotel :(
