Amazing breakfast included in the price, very comfy beds, clean apartman. Location is very good, close to city center, shop just across the road. Parking is a big plus for me.

The pillow was very used, not comfy at all. I asked, if we could come a little earlier than the usual checkin time, they messaged me that is perfectly fine to come earlier, we can check in without problem. When we arrived the room was not ready. This is not a major problem, but we would have organise the day differently if we knew, that we can not checkin in that time.

The location was good. Loved the parking. Good breakfast. Very clean. The shower was a great size.

I was concerned about fire safety. We were put on the floor above the ground floor. The hotel is shaped like a square, and we were in one corner. There are no exit stairs at that corner or even in the next corner. It is at the far corner. If there was a fire anywhere between the stairs and the room halfway around the building, we would have had to go out the window. Also, you can not get out of your room without the key when it is locked.

The hotel is in an excellent location and offers free parking plus a very good breakfast. The room we had was quiet as was the built-in refrigerator. The AC did work very efficiently and was not noisy either.

The curtains didn't allow the room to be fully darkened. The light at the bathroom mirror was not good. The fridge practically didn't cool anything.

Excellent location between the city center and the street next to the train station, where there are many wine bars. Large room with a big bathroom, very clean and quiet (even though the windows faced the main street). Decent breakfast, large parking lot. If I return to Tokaj, I would definitely stay here :)

Perfect location, spacious rooms and the kindest staff possible! We had such a wonderful time in Tokaj thanks to the receptionists that were always there to help us! The breakfast was delicious and there were many options.

The location is really good, a walk from the train staion within 10 minutes. The staff are really nice. Our train was delayed and I arrived after the check-in time listed on the hotel rules, the staff are still there waiting for us. (We called beforehand about the delay) The room is air-conditioned, well cleaned and the bed mattresses are firm which is my preference. The breakfast is decent. The dining area is comfortable.

Good location, not in the crowded center. Very big room, bed and bathroom. AC work great during summer. The hotel has a private parking lot. The breakfast is good and freshly made.

No elevator which is not good for elderly and disabled poeple!

Another good stay in this hotel. They serve good breakfast in the morning have a free car park on site and the location is in the Tokaj centre.

Lack of hangers in the bathroom for towels. Heating was set to 26°C and did not respond, but maybe we just didn't figure it out. Wifi was a little slow and dropping. After asking about it the staff restarted it and it worked for a bit but started disconnecting again the next day
