Very beautiful artesian fountain, access included with bracelet to the Aquarius above, friendly staff at the hotel. We asked for more fruits at breakfast and they bring us . People take breakfast earlier and they eat the fruits .

After breakfast, we reserved dinner tickets at Hunguest as offered to us by Furdohaz and in the evening at 8 pm we were kept outside for 20 minutes because the head waiter at Hunguest had no seats at the table and "told them not to send any more tourists". An unpleasant and unacceptable situation at the price they ask for of 25 euros per person.

Breakfast and location were the best for my purpose

İt's a bit too hot in the lobby, where I was allowed to work . The stuff didn't mind I was working there,I work online. I have a feeling it's not about the hotel, it's about Hungary. İt was also very hot on the spa. However I opened the window in my room and slept under 2 blankets , it was good. İn the spa the stuff opened me the doors to go outside.amd my grandchildren, Hungarian , loved the spa. The upsetting thing at the spa was this. My grandkids were visiting, so I paid extra. To my disappointment the stuff made me pay full price for kids, aged 7 and 9, no school certificate. They are small kids and they look like kids.

Decent sized, clean, well organised room with proper blinds on the window despite being an attic room with a sloping ceiling and roof window. Spacious bathroom. Great location right next to the aquapark, Sóstó lake, very close to the zoo and open air museum. Breakfast is available from early and has a decent range of options. Really good value for money for my short stay.

Everything was ok, breakfast area can be a bit too cramped if there are many guests.

Prompt communication with the hotel staff through the chat on Booking. In general, the staff was kind. Aqua Park Aquarius very close to the hotel. The very good quality of the mattresses and pillows. Sufficient parking spaces.

Poor cleanliness of the room and bathroom at check-in. More attention should be paid to cleaning the carpet, bathroom floor and sanitary ware. At least the trash cans should have been emptied during the stay. Although the hotel's indoor pool is mentioned on the hotel page, it was not working. This clarification would have been helpful, especially since it was one of the criteria for choosing this hotel.

It is located 50m from the aqua park and the hotel offers all day free entrance to the park. There are restaurants and coffee shops very close to the hotel. Breakfast is good and varied, with different options. There is a playground for young children which is really nice, especially for families with children.

The room was not very clean, we found underwear in the closet and some dirt on the shelves. The bathroom didn't seem too clean either. It might have been just a slip. The aqua park on the other hand is extremely well kept, they clean constantly, and the water was changed every day.

It's located right by the lake and really close to the aquapark. They have enough parking spaces.

The rooms are small, the bathrooms not so clean, we only had a velux window and they had no curtains on it. The breakfast options are really limited and the same every day.

Great location right next to the Sostó lake and aquapark, just a few meters away from 2 decent restaurants. Good breakfast. Didn’t have a chance to try the spa facilities in the hotel building but went instead to the main aquapark and spa next door which was very pleasant and included in the price of the stay. Private secure parking was right in front of the building and was also included in the price.

Cleaning could have been a little more thourough.

The hotel is very close to the Aquarius and to the zoo, it is modern and cozy. You have robes in the closet for the spa, the breakfast was good, with choices for the adults and also for the kids. You receive the bracelet for the entrance at the spa from the reception

Even tough the breakfast was very good, it didn’t vary too much from a day to the other. Also, they didn’t change us the towels, but when we asked at the reception, they gave us new ones.

Good room for 4, not very spacious but good enough for 2 nights, free entrance at the Aquapark.

Cleaning, many insects in the room (this time lady bugs), quite expensive for the conditions, no restaurant and the breakfast could be improved a lot.

Service was great, helpful and as promised on 31.12.2023 i got into the therme which was pretty amazing. Room were clean, modern, spacious and all work really well. For that price is an amazing outcome for the new years eve
