Wonderful location and staff. There is a huge park around the hotel, so it is ideal for children. There are multiple restaurants, playgrounds and other worthwhile locations within walking distance. There is also plenty of parking.

Checkout is a little early (10 AM) and check-in is a little late (2 PM), so we had to wait an hour or two before getting our room. The dining area was too small, and there wasn't too much variety when it came to breakfast (though everything was tasty). Based on the construction work we saw in the other building, this might be temporary.

If there exist a family-centred, child-friendly hotel with a relaxed, chilling ambiance: this is it. You get exactly what is promised: the nice little gestures and smiles from the staff are the topping on it. I loved the design, the neat and clean spaces and the caring attention we received. Everything worked. And when a vis major occurred, the staff gave prompt information and treated the issue professionally. The real extra is that they also engage with children smoothly, nicely and efficiently. The place is in the middle of an oak forest and is designed, created and operated with a compassionate and thoughtful attitude, not only giving some peaceful time (if that wouldn't be enough) but treasuring humane values.

No bad experience. Some may not like that the hotel is relatively far from the city center (but can even be approached by local buses).

We appreciated the renovated room( 108), as everything was new. We were in the hotel before, and the room had older furniture previously we stayed in the upper floor) The breakfast was very rich, and with great options! The staff reception were very nice and apole good English

I suggest that at breakfast thaf there should be written on the tables a card that we should take the plates used in the specified place. I suggest this, because in breakfast room, from time to time, a woman employee came, and raised her voice to say that eveeybody should take the plates im that place, and not leave them on the tables. This was strange and pretty annoying, as she was talking Hungarian, and anyway some people didn't understand what she meant. The situation can be solved with a card on each table to.indicate not to leave the plates on the table..

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance from the main attractions and parking on the spot. It has a nice interior with a little spa for that extra 1 hour of relaxation. It has a good breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, though little change. Nice room as in the pictures, in theme with the surroundings. Friendly staff, who quickly responded to our requests. They even provided bathrobes on request, though they were not mentioned in the facilities.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but still we had a good sleep. The bathroom could use a few more hangers also. Soundproofing isn't the best, at least in our room one could hear snoring from other room, but maybe it was just a very loud snorer :) Also it would be nice to have a few international tv stations available for the non hungarian guests.

Great location in the middle of the forrest! A lot of shade so you can be outside even on hot summer days. There is a playground for children and some bunnies to look at. Aquarius spa and the zoo is walking distance from the hotel. If you want to get into the city you can catch a bus at the main road.

The tables in the breakfast room might get full and you have to wait a few minutes. But it is something that depends on your luck.

I believe it was an old hotel building that was recently renovated. Outside, the building doesn't looked like much, but when you go inside, a totally different story. Everything was like new, tasteful interior, you even have an induction plate, microwave, pan, etc. Bathroom was clean, rooms big (we stayed in an apartment with 1 queen size bed and a couch (2 spots), perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast was really great also. Verry decent in terms of options for a hotel of its size. Location is literally in a forest (park), clean air, enough parking places. I would definitely return to the same hotel if I would visit the zoo and waterpark again. Literally 7 mins of walk till zoo and 5 mins to the waterpark.

Maybe the price was a bit too steep. However, judging by how nice it is, included breakfast, free parking, and how close it is to both the locations, it wasn't so bad.

We liked the location, friendly staff and the free parking even before check-in and after check-out. We stayed only one night but our expectations were greatly exceeded. We had a room with a large, comfy bed on the ground floor with the view on the park. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We also liked the overall design of the hotel and room.

Only problem we had was a couple of mosquitos in the room during the night but that was expected given the location. The blame is on us as we didn't think of a repellent beforehand... 😁

The Infinity Game Table 32" in the lobby is the best! Good for families. There is also a small children's area in the lobby so you can leave your child there.

The diversity of the breakfasts can be increased though it's not a big problem for short-term stays.

We were welcomed by a friendly receptionists. Our room was clean and neat with a good view of the forest. Breakfast was great with a great variety and very friendly staff. The spa on the property is a bonus and we enjoyed it - remember to book a session at the reception. All the amenities is a walking distance away eg the local zoo, restaurants, bus stop etc.

The toilet in our units bathroom was very uncomfortable due to the small space and location of the heater pipes.

It is an older hotel which was overhauled from the ground up. Basically everything is brand new, modern bathroom, and modern furniture with flatscreen tv. Everything was clean from our room to the hotel lobby. Very good breakfast.

Brekfast was very good, but unfortunately they dont have a-la-carte restaurant which means you cannot eat onsite in the evening. We had to go to a local restaurant nearby meaning a short stroll of 10 minutes one way.
