This hotel made me a very good impression about everything. From the first time we arrive at the reception they welcome us with free drinks until 17:30, which was very nice and kind. Than we went to the Zoo where we had acces with the key from our Room. The room is perfect as a space, the bed is very comfortable and we could sleep with our kid, all 3 of us, even if we got a baby bed for free. Dinner was very tasty and good. Breakfast was good as well. Overall I do recommend to come here with kids. This hotel is super for kids activities. Around hotel you have a park where the kids can play and you can drink morning coffee relaxing :)

I would like if more of employees would know more English. Was a bit hard to explain what we want to drink for dinner but overall everything was great.

I spent a night there with my little daughter, she loved it very much (though we had no time to try the playroom). Zoo entrance is cool, we could take a visit with a temporary card even in checkout day. The comfortable room and the whole hotel was totally clean (the public restroom by the restaurant as well, I should say congratulation and thank to the cleaning staff). A kid-friendly hotel in many ways, the dinosaur theme playground is super, and the staff is professional

Just a minor observation: perhaps, the hotel should find a better quality juice machine, nor the apple, neither the tropical juice was drinkable enough during breakfast. Everything else was good

Nice and bright rooms. So clean, and they did cleaning every day. Very kids-oriented. My daughter enjoyed every minute of staying there. Nice garden around the hotel, not talking about the best Zoo :) When I checked out, I asked to order a taxi and the receptionist did this for me. The taxi was on time.

I didn't like the dinners which were on the menu the first 2 days. For kids, it is much easier when they can see food before they decide. So, the buffet worked much better. Also, I didn't like that beverages are not included and you need to pay for them. At least they could serve still water. Also they provided to prepare to go breakfast and forgot about it. It was really strange because they suggested it by themselves.

We loved this place! We would come back anytime. Everything was perfect—an amazing place. The room was beautiful and clean, with a lovely view over the lake. It was a great idea to have unlimited access to the zoo directly from the hotel's back garden. There is a nice playground for children, and each room is decorated with a different animal theme. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of food for both breakfast and lunch. I loved the decor of fhe hotel, the welcome drinks and the popcorn machine. Also, the zoo is really big and well-maintained. The area around the hotel is beautiful, and you can take a relaxing walk around the lake, enjoy the nearby fountain, or visit the park. We had such a great time, and I highly recommend this place.

the hotel exceeded my expectations. very good staff, welcome drink is total mess, but its similar to 5 star hotels :D overall hotel has good rooms, very good interior, quite rooms. You can rest and be at home in this hotel. the bonus is that you have entrance to the zoo (please be informed that you need half day for that) :D private parking in reality next building place under the cameras or u can find a place in front of hotel.

the provided half board in reality is mess. dinner was bad, just for paper in reality better less price no half board. breakfast was continental.

The cleanliness was perfect. The rooms were spacious, with a superb view of the lake. The zoo is right behind the hotel (btw, you need at least 2 days to fully enjoy everything it has to offer). The dinosaur theme is very appealing to the little ones. I also appreciated the indoor play area. At mealtime, I liked that allergens were listed next to each dish. However, the options were somewhat limited for a child with allergies and picky eating habits.

Everything was just perfect! We've spent 1 night here with our 2 years old son and loved the place. This place is just made for a comfortable stay with a kid - design is just amazing, the view overlooking the lake is just amazing, staff is crying, they provide a baby crib and baby bath upon request, there is a kids room on the 1st floor with lots of toys an a lovely garden with a playground surrounded by dinosaurs where we loved to chill. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and included in the rate, as well as unlimited access to the zoo and free parking. One more thing to add - the hotel has it's own access to the zoo, no need to spend time in the line, you just use your own key to enter the zoo, it was really handy since we arrived on Sunday and there were plenty of people.

The design is great, facilities for kids are excellent starting from breakfast, playground, access to zoo.

No drinks included, not even water on dinner. Each tine when we asked for a drink or to get served, the staff charges service on the bill. It’s a small amount but the fact that you purchase with half board included you would expect at least water or coffee at dinner to be included in the price.

It’s a really great hotel for families with little children. It’s fantastic how easy it is to get to the zoo from their back door with your hotel room card. They have a cosy playroom for the little ones inside which made our stay even more pleasant.

The only thing I wish they would have double beds instead of single beds pushed together, would have been even more comfortable.

Everything : Great location, confortable and clean rooms, good variety of food (both breakfast and dinner) great and helpful staff. Kids friendly and family oriented (all dinosaur decor touches are numerous, educative and exciting for kids to discover). We loved our stay.
