We only stayed for one night so there wasn’t much we could see. The parking lot was very busy, but there is room to park right outside of the hotel gate. The reception has only 2 desks right next to the bar, across from it, there is a small room filled with toys and a small plastic slide. It kept our baby busy while we did the check-in. The property is clean and in great condition. Good details and maintenance. The staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and in good condition. The windows are very tall, so the curtains did not provide a full blackout, which was a bit of a pain because there was too much light outside. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. The food was fresh and good tasting. They put a plastic set of dishes for our baby, very nice detail. The wellness area was very peaceful and updated. It has a warm indoor pool perfect for our one year-old. The Sauna Program was GREAT. We went in as a group and experienced a guided 10min meditation with music and 3 different amazing aromas. Simply amazing. Our checkout was at 1pm but stayed for lunch in the restaurant hotel. We tried… Good place overall, we enjoyed the stay and would surely come back if we’re in Tokaj again.

Perfect location, very good breakfasts, nicely design lobby, very good coffee and quite nice wellness spa. In general personnel was nice and friendly:)

Small things but regarding the cost should not happen like no soap in the room, cleaning personel took my room card (most probably be mistake or took dirty glasses/ towels and forgot to bring new ones). Receptionist was speaking very poor english. Small things but matters:( in 4 star hotel:( the was not much place to put the cosmetics next to the sink

Nothing. We were very lucky that we left the same day a well-known p.o.l.i.t.i.c.a.l c.r.i.m.i.n.a.l from Budapest arrived.

The hotel was great, with a modern designed building and a stylish room. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The pool and the sauna were fantastic, and since we visited in winter it was less crowded, which we really enjoyed. The hotel’s location was perfect, and parking was easy. The staff was friendly, and the wines were excellent. The food was fine, and everything else was in order.

The only downside was that the mattress was a bit soft for our liking.

They tried charging ~30% higher for the rooms than what we booked them for (corrected after we raised concerns). Ceiling in the wellness was leaking. Room in front of the elevator was weirdly located next to a service closet. Restaurant (for dinner) had extremely slow service (we waited 1h).

A very nice stay in the heart of Tokaj. A fresh new hotel which offers all you need, from wellness facilities to a nice restaurant, which we have not tried out in the end, to even suprising us with a free wine tasting during one of the nights. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection. The spa facilities were clean although small. However it did not bother us as there were not too many guests.

During our stay the parking for the hotel was full, and also I find it a bit odd to ask additional money for a parking spot, especially at a high end hotel like this. The pillows and the bed could be a bit less soft. But all in all no big complaints.

Location was great, the staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were modern and comfortable except the beds which were rather poor quality. Very good breakfast. Very good parking space, nice swimming pool facilities inside and outside.

Bed was poor quality. We were supposed to have a river view but received a room with a road view because we arrived with a dog. No one informed us about it ahead of time and with dog we could only be located at the ground floor...

A completely renovated hotel with modern facilities, modern toilet, parking space and very good location. Beautiful interior and beautiful view of the Tisa river. Very nice restaurant, pricy but quality/gourmet food.

The sink in the bathroom is nice as from a design aspect but very unconfortable and it's impossible not to get wet on your cloths because the faucet is too far in front and the sink is almost flat.

you have to pay for parking, but it’s free on the street very close by. not so many options in the menu. no wine tasting options

Spa water was nice. Comfortable bed. Fancy impression. Spa area had many extra towels. Hotel was noticeably clean.

Room temperature is stuck on heating during winter time. I woke up several times because room was too hot. Dinner was missing food allergen labels. Hotel parking costs extra money.
