Wellness facilities - huge jacuzzi, sauna, and a pool with the sliding roof. The personnel was very helpful and polite. The location is perfect for exploring entire Tokaj Town by foot.

Cleanliness in the dining place where breakfast is served. The air conditioning was not sufficiently effective in the garret (top floor, under the roof), the window had to remain open for the night instead.

Big bed and good size room. I arrived very late from a long drive but the staff were OK with it. Good mini bar prices in the room The pool and spa facility was a great option for Tokaj although I didn't have much time to use it. Good restaurant and excellent location. I absolutely loved the town and will definitely return.

hotel is looks like old mansion or something, not quite rooms. you can hear everything out the door. bathroom already to old. in the room there is the door to another one where you can hear farting someone. parking is private but if hotel is fuly booked its hard to find the parking. Hotel provided employee parking it was last. breakfast not tried, restaurant dinner food is good but little bit expensive. overall staff should have training. hotel need to be updated. and than price could be that they asking

Location is outstanding, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the spa area looked really nice even though we didn’t use it. The staff was always polite but didn’t speak English well.

It was clean but not outstanding. I really had issues with the toilet vase, it had this really strange shape and it was not really nice to use. We didn’t think the breakfast was worth.

For us the swimming pool was a bit too cold otherwise everything was perfect

It's a very nice place to stay when visiting Tokaj. We only stayed here one night but the rooms were nice and spacious, the swimming pool and spa area were great and the location is perfect. We didn't take any breakfast so no comment on that but there are some options nearby the inn. Overall i would recommend staying here.

The receptionist didn't speak English and communicated with us via google translate. He needed the passports again due to a mistake and then just left them on the counter and left the reception area. We took them ourselves and he didn't even notice. He called us later to take them and was surprised that they weren't there and we told him that we took them. So definitely some staff training is needed here.

The location is very good, right in the centre of Tokaj. They have big parking so there was no problem with that. What really makes this place good is the restaurant in the hotel which was very good. Overall, we had three good nights there.

The only thing needs fixing is lights in room 202.

Lovely hotel ideally situated in the middle of the old town of Tokaj, close to wineries and storks' nests in the summer. Ideal for a short stay. Takes about 25 minutes to walk from the train station. Good restaurant too and very handy, as there aren't too many eating options around. Delicious breakfast.

Very comfortable rooms - pleasant pool and wellness area although sauna was not very hot. Well located to do tastings at several main wineries in tokaj at walking distance and a handful of restaurants nearby. We are glad we spent a night here at tokaj
