The property was good, we had a nice stay , it was a mid class , normal quality, nothing specific. The shower head was broken so water was going everywhere or could not use TV as there was a missing controller and the phones did not work. Also most staff were friendly and helpful. They had parking, But generally it was ok

It was all fine except one staff who was rude! He called Balazs.. he had a very bad attitude and they should not put him to a service area where he has to speak to people. The other point which was annoying that the spa part only started after 2pm and that was not good.

I loved the spa area, the restaurant is also first class. I also like the huge TV in the room with access to netflix, it was a really nice touch. It's also quite close to the train station, easily reachable on foot. The staff was friendly as well.

The rooms could have been a bit more cleaner.

The hotel had everything we needed for a short break, the spa and wellness was complete with a boiling hot sauna, Jacuzzi, cold pool and a small thermal pool too. The lovely part was that it was open until 11pm, there's also bowling and a bar too. The smart tv was actually smart and useful for watching Netflix etc. The restaurant had a varied menu, it was a great stay

The room was far too hot it didn't matter what we did to change the settings, it could not cool down. Theren was no towel or robe offered for the sauna

Very good accommodation, very clean, staff very friendly, it has pool, sauna and jacuzzi included in the price. The restaurant was very good, the meals very big, we didn’t even manage to finish them. There is also breakfast available for 8,5€/person, very good and varied. Close to the city center (about 2 km) and quite close to the Aquarius and Zoo (about 7 km). We’ll definitely comeback.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the pool didn’t have such warm water, there is a sign which says it has 30 degrees C but it doesn’t, it has around 23-24 degrees C. Although we did swim in the pool and we enjoyed it after all. There is also a smaller pool for kids that is much warmer.

Nice breakfast and very helpful staff and cleaning ladies. Nothing was a bother. We asked for bath robes, a kettle and extra towels and got all of them. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet area, our room (superior twin) had a small but comfy balcony.

There's no lift, my 80 year old mum found it tricky to navigate the narrow staircases.

Very comfortable Billerbeck mattress, everything was clean and high quality. The jacuzzi and pool were amazing with the perfect water temperature.

There were some staff members who did not care at all and they gave a horrible first impression about the hotel that luckily changed for the better when the professional staff arrived. I know the young staff was probably only doing their internship but still it should be the bare minimum to say hi to guests when they arrive.. they did not tell us anything about the facilities at the hotel, where our room were, checkout time or anything.

We loved the pool and the breakfast was nice too.

We did not particularly enjoy our room. It was really too small (and we are not fussy about things) but we hardly managed to put a baby crib there, the only spot where it could fit was very unconveniently right under AC and between table and our bed, which left literally no space left in the room...) also the shower was not the cleanest and the balcony looked like it was long forgotten by the cleaner.

Good breakfast, Staff, Room was clean, Smart TV connected to the internet, AC, Quiet neighborhood

The location is quite far from the center, Beds can be more comfortable

Spa area nice, good size room (deluxe ) , clean bathroom, quiet area , good WiFi

No small towels, shower cabin had only fix shower head (hard to wash a child with it). No bath robes for the spa

Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel, on site restaurant with good food and excellent service.

The receptionists did not speak English. Noisy A/C. The double bed was small. Expensive breakfast.
