They were very flexible with check-in hours and personal requests, the staff is also very helpful and nice.

Our room was a bit more oldschool than expected from the pictures, it wasn’t perfectly clean either (spiderwebs in the window), and the reception desk was empty sometimes during the day and people were waiting for someone to show up.

It was a good sized room with 2 comfortable beds for my 21 yr old daughter and I. The bathroom was good, and all was clean. The location was peaceful and serene, in beautiful nature. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was good too.

The smoke detector kept flashing in my eyes at night. Kind of annoying.

Everything was nice. It is an amazing place offering everything you can imagine. From fishing to bowling, biliard, tenis, pool, football, nice restaurant and many many more.. Absolutely great stay at great place... Congratulations to the owner!

Beautiful location. Helpful staff. There are 2 buildings (one for 4star hotel and one is 3star pension, if I understood this correctly) Just for your info. But both buildings looks beautiful and price is equal for what you'll get. Breakfast is smaller but offer everything you need and it was delicious ;) I would only add a nuttella and more vegetables :)

I think there is a missing informations on booking.com under queen bedroom. I was then confused if a bathroom is part of the room or if there is a hair dryer or any other equipment available in the room.

the lake, the surroundings, the view is breathtaking. the staff there is very friendly, with good and positive energy. I was amazed also by the girl from the reception desk - so fluent and high level English speaker. overall I enjoyed my stay and it was a great experience, highly recommend

the food a bit unhealthy and a little diverse, but still tasty

- location: a few minutes away from the Zoo, the SPA, the city center, the shopping area - generous breakfast - the tranquility of the area: the hotel is on the shore of a small lake, far from traffic, horns, and any kind of noise - spacious and clean room - the kindness of the staff, willing to help you: the first night we were a little cold - probably a matter of habit. Although, correctly, both at check-in and in the room, you are warned that the maximum temperature in the room is 21 degrees, being set centrally from the reception - at our request, they customized the setting on 22/24 degrees, making our stay even more pleasant.

I could make one mention here - although it didn't matter in awarding the 10/10 score: - the hotel is very well maintained, 4 star category, the staff is very kind, but: - cleaning the room in the morning = emptying the trash can. that and nothing else. that is: our used shower gels were not replaced, nor were the dirty towels on the floor (the one for the feet, for example, and 2 that had fallen), etc. otherwise: 10 out of 10

The hotel is located near a gorgeous lake. The place is extremely quiet. Our breakfast was great. Dinner prices at the hotel restaurant were pleasant and the food tasted good.

The location and the view were very beautiful ! A very relaxing place with a lot of activities to do. The rooms were clean and the food from the restaurant was great.

The rooms were not the ones that expected, but they were alright. However, we expected to have some water to drink in the mini-fridge.
