At this resort almost everything was perfect. Resort is beautiful, food is tasty, although breakfast was every day the same. But we didn't mind. Rooms are new, clean and beautiful, pool and spa is perfect. Evergreen services are top level. Special thanks to Miss Alexandra, young, kind and proffessional lady. She made me feel good and calm and the massage was just incredible. The only thing that i would say wasnt ideal were the waiters. Don't get me wrong, they were kind. But they came to our table maybe once in 40-60 minute time and we were the only people there. At that time there were 4-5 waiters. We felt like we bothered them when we ordered something. To be fair, the "older" ones worked their tables as they should. When they took care of us, everything was fine. So overall it was a nice vacation, definetely would come back.

Great location with the surrounding environmet, beautiful atmosphere and really great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was very clean, stylish, and the apartments are huge! On my second stay, I also got a sauna on the balcony. So very well equipped. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. When I will visit Zala again, I will definately come back to Zala Springs!

Everything ok, except...

Too few sunbeds outside at the welness. And people come in the mornig and reserve their beds . Then go and play golf. And visit the welness in the afternoon. You should really do somethig about this. But other than this, all is well. Wellness is nice, staff is frienedly and helpful, well maintainesd, clean.

We visited the resort in the low season. Nevertheless, the kindness of the staff was above average. Professionalism is one of the core values of receptionists, who are used to demanding requests of golfers and thus ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Similarly to the tidy and flawless golf course, the entire infrastructure is world-class. We stayed in the white hotel apartment, which greeted us with a spacious room and a large terrace. The wooden flooring combined with bright walls, pastel curtains, and select furniture seems incredibly elegant. A hidden kitchen unit behind a glass wall is an ingenious solution within the apartment. Although it does not offer proper kitchen equipment per se, guests can still use the microwave. The bathroom boasts timeless and modrn white-and-grey marble tiles that will surely stay in fashion for some time.

Although spectacular, the wellness centre can quickly fill up in the winter. In the summer, there is enough room, yet with the planned expansion, the capacities will soon be too small.

There was no gym with machines, or available yoga or any sessions during daytime at weekends. It is a shame because if it is raining and you don't want to sit in the jacuzzi all day, or play golf, there is not much else to do here. Also, the amount of sunbeds inside and outside are limited, could be much more.

Just like in the pictures. Resort is located in a quiet area which makes the whole experience very relaxing. Staff is professional and hospitable. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious, well equipped. Lovely terrace with a view. Wellness area is very clean and modern. Breakfast is great.

Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was large with a fridge and even cofffe capsules. The golf course was well maintained and the play was excellent.

Breakfast and dinner were average at best + lack of gym was a big surprise!
