location excellent . We were upgraded by raj in reception . Very welcoming , eventhough a conference going on , we were dealt with in a very efficient and timely manner . The suite was fantastic .

staff in breakfast restaurant have not got a clue , tables full of dirty dishes not being cleared to allow other guests to use . No staff welcoming or asking what you need , refreshing your cups etc . Poor management and oversight of the service . resulting in poorly trained staff . A shame given how efficient and well managed the reception staff were .

The hotel is beautiful and full of character, with its original architectural features wonderfully preserved. The spa is absolutely stunning , calm, luxurious and relaxing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly attentive, and we want to give a special mention to Annad, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. Thank you! You are a true gem !!!!

Good Spread of delicious food . Chef and serving staff extremely courteous. We were personally served by Mr Umar - veteran steward for 35 years at this Hotel . All other staff Mr Gajender also very polite , smiling and caring . Had the opportunity to meet Mr Rajesh Miller - GM -, a very pleasant person who is regularlly on round supervising the operations . The Shopping Arcade should be inside . It will make the lively hood of the shops much better like old times as these days its looks neglected and less customers

Lovely room, grounds beautiful and well kept, main pool at spa lovely, great breakfast (with marked allergy information for gluten free), next to new metro station for easy access to Taj and fort (fort has a busy road to cross, we followed a confident local family across)

We got room service the first night as arrived tired, We are used to curries from home, The hotel's butter chicken was disappointing in flavour, the chicken also felt lower down the quality scale than we were expecting, it is the only meat dish we ate in two weeks in India, so this may be how chicken come in India. The rest of the room service food was excellent.

Our stay was truly delightful. The staff were incredibly responsive and always went the extra mile. We were particularly impressed by their willingness to help us get ready for our early morning trip to the Taj Mahal, even assisting with saree draping at 5 AM! The room was clean and well-maintained, with a variety of shampoo options to suit different preferences. The breakfast spread was diverse and included delicious vegan choices. We also enjoyed relaxing by the nice swimming pool. As a special touch, the hotel surprised us with an eggless chocolate birthday cake, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, had the best stay here while visiting Agra. Food was incredible, not only the breakfast but all meals (we ate lunch and dinner here one day too!) Staff were superb, especially Vikrant at breakfast who was amazing and took his time to explain all the different traditional indiain breakfast options. He made our stay very special! Ajay was also amazing, he cleaned and looked after our room! Cannot fault this hotel. They collected us from the train station. Organised transport to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort for us. The food was fantastic and the staff were amazing. To top it off they gave us a small cake in our room to celebrate our honeymoon, an incredibly thoughtful touch!

Comfortable rooms and beds. We managed to get interconnecting rooms which was helpful for looking after children. ITC were able to provide two cots which was great. Lovely breakfast selection - caters for all needs. And nice atmosphere when just hanging around the hotel. Nice grounds and swimming pools. Very convenient for getting to and from the Taj Mahal - a short 10 minute drive.

There wasn’t lift access to the rooms and some areas which makes it tough to get around with a buggy.

We loved the room. It has a nice style. Staff is extraordinary friendly. We were feeling very welcome. The garden is very nice and we could see a glimpse of the taj mahal from the observation deck. After checkout we wanted to go to taj mahal and leave our bags behind. Unfortunately they wouldn't let me put the laptop bag in the luggage storage, which was a bit inconvenient. Luckily I had a friend with a car where I could put my laptop bag in before I took the tuktuk to taj mahal. 10/10

Excellent welcome, breezy check-in, and supremely helpful staff during a rather damp and wet morning. The property oozes class while not being overwhelming at the same time. The rooms were impacdebly prepared, and the linen was top notch.

Nothing in particular... toileteries in the bathroom can add a few things more probably....

I have been looking forward to writing this review because my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality was outstanding, the attention to detail remarkable, and the property itself absolutely stunning. Considering this is a heritage property that has stood for nearly 50 years, kudos to ITC for its impeccable upkeep and charm. Truly a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning
