I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff, including Wasim, Riya, and Raju, were exceptionally hospitable and made my experience truly enjoyable. The services provided were top-notch, and the dining options were excellent. At the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member whose name was either Aniket or Ankit (apologies for the uncertainty), but he, too, was very kind and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I highly recommend this property.

While the location and the view is a bit offbeat, there’s absolutely nothing bad about this property.

When i called the property, they said they could not find my booking, which was very bug hassel for us. Also when i call 2-3 times they started cutting my calls. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

The location is good, close to shops/restaurants and not in the chaos of the city. The structure is new and clean, the room is spacious and nice. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace where you can have drinks and smoke. They produce their own beers, I loved the mango-flavored one. The stuff was very kind and available for every request, with special reference to Deepali, Zeba and Bushra. I won't hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

Amazing hotel, wonderful service, cleanliness at the level of 4 stars, I highly recommend. a place I will return to with pleasure. the first manager was very helpful, he helped us in many ways........

Room was comfortable. Food was good. Staff was also pretty well behaved.

Rates of breakfast buffet was very high. It was 599 plus GST each.

This hotel is well worth the price I paid. It was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a beautiful rooftop terrace. Food was tasty and well priced. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff.

The only thing i would say is that the hotel aren't able to book taxis for guests nor recommend tour guides etc.

Everything was on point. The food at made in punjab restaurant was mediocre but urban brewery was exceptional and the ambience was amazing

We asked for extra mattress but those were hard like stones and there were no extra blankets or pillows. They said it was out of stock.

Breakfast spread was good. Location of hotel is in the heart of city. Facilities were adequate. Rooftop restaurant and bar was unique and facinating concept.

There is issue of drainage in the bathroom due to incorrect flooring gradient. Also missed having buffet dinner spread as it was not organised due to low guest presence (as was informed to us).

This one’s probably like the one in pictures. Definitely enjoyed my stay at the property.

Wifi was not working. For room service also, we had to try calling multiple times.
