The room and bathroom were neat and clean. Room was comparatively smaller, but okay in this price. Behavior of staff was good. Had lunch and dinner, both were okay.

Quality of toiletries could have been better. Room is a little smaller. The surrounding area is not very clean, but what can the hotel authority do about it.

The place was clean and comfortable. And the location was great. Just a ten or twenty minute walk to all the major sights in Amritsar. The staff were all really friendly.

They didn't accept international payment cards. I wasn't told that before arrival.

Comfortable and clean, hot water in shower and cold air conditioning. The hotel is quite new in an up and coming area. It was a great place to retire too after a long day in chaotic India

One of the best location in Amritsar. Green area with full parking space just few minutes away from GOLDEN TEMPLE. Near to golden temple there is big issue of parking. But you can park your car in safe parking and enjoy the stay. Neat and clean rooms with helpful people.

The location was convenient, and the staff were very helpful. We were offered a triple room which was quite spacious.

The dining room wasn't clean and is kind of hidden on the 5th floor. I would suggest to opt rooms without breakfast included.

More breakfast options. Also the cab driver of the local cab operator overcharged for amritsar sightseeing. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The food was okay and the stay was pleasant. It was close to the Golden Temple - the purpose of our visit and the staff was friendly

This Hotel is one of best 2 / 3 star property at Amritsar. I was traveling along with my family. We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel staffs are very courteous. Food is very good and have very good Restaurant on top floor. Rooms are very spacious. Loved this Property.

TV was not working for a day because of some technical reasons.

Proximity to Golden Temple ( around 1 km or so ) and battery auto readily available near the hotels. Took Rs 20/person ( 100 as we were 5 ).
