Location was good, near Manipal Hospital and easily reachable from Indiranagar. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and willing to help any time. Room was very clean with soft/comfortable mattress and the bed-sheets were spotlessly clean. Clean bathroom with full set of toiletries and soft clean towels. We did not use the swimming pool, but we could see from our window that it is very neat and well maintained. Also we did not have breakfast so could not comment on that. But we had used the restaurant in the evening and the food served was delicious. They have a private seating area, suitable for small gatherings, located on the ground floor near the restaurant. It is suitable for more intimate conversations and social interactions within the restaurant's environment. Though the hotel was bit expensive (perhaps because we did a last minute booking), we enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

The morning breakfast service and some of the food items can be done better. Need more staff to handle the morning breakfast rush, as the guest are left alone wondering where to sit. Instead the staff should take the guest to their table, and attend them. In my few days stay during the breakfast, no one approached asking if you need any beverage or anything from the live kitchen. So there is a plenty of scope to improve, if you listen to all the feedback on your breakfast service from other guests too.

Good location. Front desk staff Mr. Rajesh and Ms. Saheli were very welcoming and courteous from the time we checked in till check out. The travel desk did a wonderful job by making prompt travel arrangements without the need to follow up. The transport vehicle was clean. The rooms big enough for a family of 4 adults, though you will need extra bedding. Room was clean and had all the. amenities such as a mini fridge, television, kettle for tea along with wide variety of tea. and sugar sachets. The washroom was big and clean. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a spa and bar facility too available, though due to the short stay, did not avail these services. On the whole a pleasant stay.

In room dining service was good. But, the food we had ordered Paneer Hara and Charcoal Chicken, . both the dishes were bland.

Breakfast was excellent. Good spread with a live counter. Filter coffee was particularly good. Rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were perfect. Excellent shower stall and good towel rack. Tea coffee dispenser with kettle positioned optimally. Excellent cupboard space with pull-out racks. Light switches optimally distributed and easy to use. Very responsive staff. We informed them of an early morning check-out and they had had coffee and tea ready with packed sandwiches and fruits. All in all a wonderful experience. Would love to come back.

There are lots of variety of food in the breakfast. I love the masala tea and the coffee is awesome. There are lots of options of food to have in the breakfast and separate order also can be placed in the breakfast. I also love the concept of tea time during 16:00 to 18:00 accompanied by snack and cookies, where you can't find in many hotels at Bangalore.

I have a story with Sterling MAC hotel. The staff is very helpful, and I feel home there. This is my 5th stay at Sterling MAC and can't find anything to change.

staff were very responsive to our every need. We requested a takeaway breakfast package at 6 am, which was promptly provided. the complimentary evening tea and snacks were very much appreciated.

There is a step as you enter the breakfast area - definitely, many would have tripped. the glass floor in the breakfast area is a bit unnerving. the font in the numbering of the rooms is very confusing. it can be plain and simple.

The location and the environment maintained inside.there is enough space for daily walkers...staff is extremely polite and cooperative,with personal attention to every details n comfort. Location is ideal for those seeking medical advice next door.overall it is an excellent experience of hospitality here..

since space inside is closed space and centrally airconditioned,open cooking in dining space emanates some smell which is felt infront of rooms.a separate exhaust system can avoid this.

It was really good. There are variety of breakfast options available in this hotel. Staff and management are very cooperative, and my stay was really pleasant.

Though it's my work visits to Bengaluru and stat at Sterlings mac, but I had to take my family as well and extra cost i need to bear from my pocket personally. If this can be taken care to give some discount would really appreciate

Breakfast was excellent and the location was also good. The staff at front desk and at breakfast were very helpful and kind, and I would love to visit again. Special callout to the breakfast staff and the duty manager. I had left some personal effects in my room, and when I had called back to the front desk the next day, they were able to immediately find my things and keep it safely at the lost and found, until I could send someone to pick it up.
