The location was alright l. Exactly what I was looking for, something in city center nearby restaurants and stores, busy, a lot of people circulating. The room was nice and clean and the staff helpful and welcoming. They helped with my return taxi. Nice personel, I really enjoyed the hotel.

The Uber driver from the airport did not.drop me in front of the hotel though. I was told by the hotel staff that it was done in purpose related to commission issue. I think he did not want to pay the commission to the hotel so I had to walk with my luggages and there was my wife and daughter. But the return Uber arrived just at the front door.

The facilities inside look relatively new. The staff is helpful. It’s just a 5-7-minute walk from the railway station. A good place for the price—nothing that would stop me from recommending it.

There was a bad smell in the toilet, but it wasn’t crucial—nothing unbearable. It’s just one of the reasons I can’t give more stars. Besides, the room was quite small. There was a window, but it seemed to face a small yard, letting in no light. The backstreet you have to go through to reach the hotel is full of trash and dirt, and beggars may approach you there. But I suppose this is common in most big cities in India. All in all I didn't pay much for this accommodation, and it is like that in many cities around the world: areas nearby railway stations aren't really nice and full of suspicious people.

We had some big issues all the way to our room. But they fixed it. So I am willing to give a good feedback. The rooms are big and modern and clean. Shower is super nice. WiFi worked well! Still the hotel is just opening, so many thing did not work properly. Like the kitchen and the food was not as you would expect. But that’s ok. I must say this hotel almost meets western standards.

1) the google maps locations and all addresses in all emails are wrong. 2) There is no phone number and no direct contact which is very bad!! You must go over a whatsapp support which again sent us the wrong address. Unbelievable. 3) the hotel staff told us our room was not available due to overbooking. And treated us extremely unfriendly. Like we were some strangers and started to ignore us. Then he told us we must call the support… to solve their booking issue? After that we asked for a tea which we then even had to pay for after all the disaster and driving around the city to wrong places and being told our room is not available. Only when the manager arrived he was able to provide a solution and he had a professional and friendly treatment.

The best of in Bangalore i would say you won't regret staying here,such a hidden 😉 gem in caoitic 🏙️ city,As I entered was greeted it is the best hotel so far had such a classic to morden touch to the interior Staffs are outstanding at reseption they too my details allotted the room Polite calm and also best knows how to deal with customers guest Even had a staffs carrying my bag to the room showed amenities that was great My room was spacious and best view and interior was great to the current standard I was puzzled by Everything that was on spot i even extended my stay for 2 weeks to the point It's affordable to anyone with such amenities that's made me go crazy and fall 🍁 in love with place Breakfast is served at properly even the food can be ordered pas asian cuisine tasty 😋 Management an is great i have forgotten their name buust caring and well concerned about needs Hope to stay again ....soon thnx to the everyone who made my stay comfortable

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was modern and incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is near by the bus stand, railway station and metro station so not only is it easy to get to after a long day of travel or to start your inwards journey, it’s easy to get around Bangalore with the metro! Overall, the value for money and the experience of staying was the best you could ask for in Bangalore! Thank you Treebo for our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very good, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The taxi drivers near the hotel charge too much money to go anywhere. They always try to talk, which made it very difficult and uncomfortable for me.

Well Decorated and Compact. Nice for a small family. Staffs are very friendly.. Especially the restaurant person was very humble and helping one. Auto Wi-Fi with you tube on television was an added benefit. Overall a good place to stay confidently with family.

The lights in the room could be added with one having more brightness. Not all lights shall be dim.

Rooms are well maintained and Neat and clean. All the amenities were there and were in working condition. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. And served on Time. The receptionist was cooperative and helped wherever it was possible. There was a limited Parking space in front of the hotel.

I had to check in at 12 pm, and i had requested the app for early check in. But still when I reached the hotel, my room was not ready. I got to my room by 12:40 pm. That's the only disappointment which I faced.

Rooms were good neat and clean , tv was not working properly no options in terms of channel no proper WiFi network for tv - staffs were good and friendly . People planning to stay in this property plz don’t order food from there restaurant food was very bad . I’ve ordered egg sez fried rice that was dry rice was not cooked properly lot of oil taste very bad. Asked for soup even I also bad so slept with empty stomach. Overall hotel is ok.
