Breakfast was late I had to settle for Bread Omelette

My parents had a wonderful stay at Avana – A Boutique Hotel in Hyderabad. The location is excellent - safe, lively even at night, and well-connected with easy access to taxis. Several restaurants are within a minute’s walk, where they especially enjoyed the masala tea. The hotel itself surpasses many 4-star hotels in Hyderabad in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-maintained. The surrounding area, with nearby embassies, adds to the sense of security. Overall, I’d rate it 4.7/5 and highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Hyderabad.

The only improvement needed is the breakfast variety, which is quite limited. However, if you enjoy traditional food, it’s still a good experience. Plus, there are great breakfast options in nearby restaurants.

Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable I was able to charge my phone easily. Even in 5 star hotel I had struggled with WiFi and charging. Chef was helpful with my diet, housekeeping level good plus staff sorted out a large bag of laundry quickly for me. I stayed in various styles of hotels whilst in Hyderabad Avana was by far the best would definitely recommend and use again

The breakfast was a little limited, it was acceptable for possibly 1-2 days stay but I stayed longer also I have diet restrictions so evening meals were limited however chef did come out and assist.

I chose this property primarily forts proximity to the US Consulate General Hyderabad. Secondly, the hotel was really good for a 1-night stay with good air conditioning, cleaned room, cleaned and dried bathroom and toiletries. Premises too were dirt-free

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was they didn’t allow me to print a single document from the Internet. I would have happily paid them for it. But they simply denied it. I had to walk half a kilometre to find a Xerox / Printing shop.

Avana boutique was very a comfortable stay, the service and the people working at the hotel are friendly and kind. they extended out check out time without any charge, the cleaning person also ran all the way to our Uber to bring a forgotten cable to us. This is what makes the experience better.

The rooms don't have an iron or a hair dryer which are basic necessities during a hotel stay. This can make it inconvenient if you aren't prepared.

I loved everything from the welcoming experience, cleanliness, and room service to the location and the taste of their food. The manager at the reception was GREAT and helped me a lot as it was my first time in Hyderabad. The location is perfect - it's in the financial district, which is the good part of the city. And quite close to the airport. It's easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

My only gripe throughout the 3-day trip was that they didn't have proper utensils. The hotel guy told me that it's their policy to use wooden spoons instead of proper utensils for some reason. Everything else was picture-perfect.

Ideal place to stay for US Visa consultation, as it is just a walking distance. There are a few hotels in the lane I checked out which are also good. They upgraded the room but did not help with an extension. The rooms are clean, the floors sparkling and amenities in plenty to kill a day

The hotel was clean modern and better than the 5 star I had stayed in. Staff helpful and I felt safe as a solo traveller excellent value for money.

Breakfast was good. Location was ok. I wish they would use some phenyl product for bathroom and tiles.

Exhaust arrangement in bathroom was not working. They could have used some extra naphthalene balls. Otherwise cleanliness was ok.

Breakfast was good with staple idli sambar with made to order dosa or omlette. The service was good and quick.

The internet / wifi was patchy and slow at times. It will be difficult if you want to work from the hotel
