The room was spacious and quiet. The door self-locks within a few seconds of closing it. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Loved the trendy music played during the breakfast. The location is perfect for those applying for their USA visa, or visiting Wipro and Indian School of Business. In the evening, it took about 20 minutes by cab from the nearest metro station (Raidurg- blue line last stop)

I found it odd that the room service person insisted I pay for it immediately rather than at the time of checkout. Thankfully I had cash and he took about 20 minutes to return with the change.

The location is great at least for our purpose of visit. There are a lot of options to eat just outside the hotel. Water bottles are not charged. The room is quite big, I know its a bit on the pricey side and we can expect at least this much. Reception guys helped as much as possible for everything.

There is no ventilation or windows for airflow in the rooms. I think they made this on purpose so that there is not a lot of dust in the rooms forcing staff to put more effort for maintenance. But due to this we are forced to switch on AC all the time and when we came back to the room we felt the room was suffocating.

The hotel is in walkable distance to the US consulate, which is highly beneficial for folks who are visiting for visa purposes. The place is pretty new and very clean. The staff were hospitable as well.

However, the food service wasn't that great. The restaurant food is on the pricier side but was clean and had good food. The service time was extremely long and we had to wait 30-40 mins just to get tea and eventually ended up cancelling on the order.

Decent hotel. Walkable distance to US consulate. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast at hotel is also good with lot of options.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. But beware of taxi scams while getting to the hotel. They don't let you book uber/ola as drivers keeps canceling and the same drivers ask for more money than the uber app to drop you to any location.

Hotel is new and very well lighted and maintained. Rooms are comfortable with all amenities provided. Bathrooms have good space and shower area. Breakfast and meals are freshly made with no extra spices. My toddler could enjoy the meals too. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Wifi was a bit poor in some rooms but that's really okay. Didn't matter that much. But mobile network had very poor connection so that bothered.

Location is very good. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The property has a gymnasium which was a plus. The food at the restaurant had a reasonable choice and was quite good.

Wifi connectivity in the rooms is very poor. Air-Conditioning in the rooms can be better. Not easy to find public transport.

The Hotel is neat and clean, centrally located. If you have work around Gachibowli or Hitech City, this is quite central to that. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working stably. I did complain, yet there was no improvement. I had to use my mobile data to handle calls for one entire day.

Staff were very helpful. Located in a place with many small eating joints catering to the miriad PGs around. Restaurant of the hotel was good. Clean linen.

Door locking mechanism not user friendly. Have to waste a full bucket of water for getting hot water. Small cockroaches in room. Gym is well equipped. Roads around have a lot of construction going on.

Well maintened and excellent location closest to the USA embassy as well

When we checked in the person said u have only booking for 2 persons please do carry the printout which u had and then he said yes yes 3 perosns but as our system shows two only.. thought it was not another scam!!

Room was really good....

Cleanliness was an issue especially outside room... You have to tell them to get it cleaned. Breakfast was average.... No juices in breakfast... You have to ask to refill food items when it's over .. They don't do it proactively
