We loved the apartment Rooms; They are big and spacious; The kitchen is fully equipped and it was a huge convenience for us to have fully well functioning washers and appliances. We didnt have to call for any support as all help was already pre-mentioned. Beds and pillows were also comfy, and the windows had beautiful sunlight early morning.

Breakfast Menu could do a little better. Noodles were a bit too bland for my liking; And non-veg items were almost non-existant. Although, I liked the live counter offering and the taste of all the breads/buns and other items was very good. Prices for the Hotel In house dining were also a little high, but thankfully outside food is welcome, so we ordered from top restaurants in the city.

Wonderful stay, though just for a night. Really liked the property for all the facilities and options available in the room. Wish I had more time. Only thing is it is away from the City. If you are looking for work/stay related to business, this is the best place, as it is in the financial district of Hyderabad. City center is about 12km, good roads, lot of traffic in the evening. I really loved the staff courtesy in getting the iron box or helping with the luggage

For the spacious bathroom, the facilities in bathroom were just 3*. Parking could have been better

Excellent serviced apartments. Very friendly and helpful reception and staff, great food at the restaurant, sparkling clean rooms and common areas. Fully functional kitchenette with utensils, cutlery, microwave, a full sized refrigerator, cooking hob, kettle etc. We did not use the common washing machine, but that would be very useful if it had been a longer stay. The room was very big with a sofa and a king size bed, work table+chair, a big size TV and a nice balcony with seating and a very good view. Would love to stay at other branches of Oakwood in our future trips elsewhere.

We got upgraded to Duplex apartment. It was super-spacious. The view from the 19th floor balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great (it tends to get busy around 10 am). The amenities that we used (swimming pool, gym) were perfectly maintained. Last but not the least, staff really went above and beyond to help us in every possible way.

Location-wise, it is not ideal for families (you do not really walk out to shops / restaurants). None of the tourist attractions of Hyderabad are close by.

Absolutely first class staff and customer service which made up for the somewhat grimy furnishings (stained lounge and chairs; curtains didn’t glide and were not hung properly and looked shabby and let in light when they’re supposed to be light blocking). Excellent housekeeping staff, front desk, and restaurant staff.

Working was questionable. Every day there was something—light not going off in closet so you had to skew with light on. They sent someone three times to fix but didn’t fix the problem. I gave up. Dimmer switch exploded in my hand when a bedside table lamp shorted out. Washer moved during cycle, so you couldn’t close the cabinet doors around it. Had to call maintenance a lot. Not enough western food on restaurant menu and room service menu. And when it was supposedly western, it still had chili/hot spices in it.

Spacious room with all good amenities. Even this place is situated in lots of office spaces(companies) around so people stay here for a longer duration too. They have an induction stove, with all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. The room is neat and clean. AC temperature can be controlled in your respective room. Staff are very good, quite efficient and prompt while checking in. Food was good and they have a dinner buffet spread which is really wholesome. Prices are quite decent, nothing over the top.

In my room the kettle was not working. The microwave had a weird smell, I guess a deep cleaning is required.

had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Residence. The room was absolutely amazing — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and warm service made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. Definitely coming back!

The furnished apartments were very spacious and well equipped. Oakwood has anticipated all the needs of a business traveller and made sure that suites are equipped accordingly. It is an excellent place for a long stay, since it is equipped with a good Kitchenette, washing machine etc. The staff is very courteous, responsive and attend to a guests' needs quickly and efficiently.

The Business Centre could have been a little better. It had working space and seating, But I didn't see Printer or other support equipment which a business traveller may need.

The staff - everyone of them were amazing. I tried to give a tip to the bell boy but he polite said no! The behaviour at the breakfast was really good as well. I would definitely make this a place to stay when I travel next - may be next year!!

Oh! you always have to write this - probably that they could have given me a delight of making the extra cot for one night free - it was only 1000 but because of price going above 7500 per night the tax went up from 10% to 18% on the whole amount...
