Staff, Cleanliness of the room, General Service, the Swimming Pool & Mrs. Mage restaurant were all really good. We had a great time overall during our stay here. The complimentary fruits in the evening were a nice healthy touch. It was also nice to explore their walking track though there was a lot of construction activity happening within the property

The breakfast was underwhelming. While the spread was great, everything tasted the same as it was all bland. The Chicken Kurma was the only saving grace. Great service again in the breakfast area though

The menu options need to be broader. There is no pizza available. also the food at TG's needs to get better, you can also have your staff members educated about what kind of drinks go with what food. Also the menu at TG's is not very vegetarian friendly.

Cool and comfortable stay with a lovely welcome by the receptionist. The atmosphere was amazing, surrounded by beautiful lush greenery and intriguing water fountains. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience made it feel just like home.

This property has good location , it’s like mini resort in Hyderabad, good place if you planning to stay in hotel and enjoy the facility , for shopping and local amenities you will need to travel Hassan at the gym great personal trainer Amit at the reception very helpful Saurabh and his team at the restaurant is outstanding Dosa chef in the restaurant is great guy can make tailor made dosa

Overall cleaning of the hotel Most area needs more updating Dirty water coming from the tap Breakfast can be much better with the choices Bed linen can be better Staff is still wearing mask I believe it’s due to safety issue

I loved the views, the cleanliness, staff and the surroundings. My single issue I should have inquired about perhaps was that without inserting the key the A/C did not turn on. If I insert the key, the lights stay on. This was a problem during the night. I didn’t go around the room looking for switches to turn off not A/C to turn on.

There was not a single thing to dislike

The level of attention and service from the staff have taken me by surprise. They rival some of the best I've encountered in my many travels. I love it when staff remembers my specific type of beverage after just one session.

If anything, the check-in staff could do better by providing a brief introduction of the layout of the hotel as it is more of a campus than a vertical building.

The property was very green and great to stay in. The food was good and the staff were nice. Also the size of the bathrooms are very good.

The size of the room was a bit too small and the pool was a bit small and not too inviting.

Pet friendly stay with wonderful welcoming staff. There is no such place like this in Hyderabad if you're planning a stay-cation with your pet. Loved the place, it has a great big lawn & walking/jogging track to take a walk & enjoy the wilderness. Thanks for everything. Our pet Logan loved it.. and we look forward to visit again very soon. 😊

Breakfast and the way they invited was awesome. I was bit nervous when choose to stay in this hotel because I going to stay with my 2 childrens whose age is lessthan 7 years. But all my worries gone with in oneday stay. I would like to choose this hotel in my future trips. I hope you can understand now how much I liked it.

I would like to have few cool drinks via minibar. That's not there so bit disappointed.

The location is avoid traffic in the city just 30-40 min to/from airport. The facility is good and very clean. Their bed is very comfortable.

Breakfast is not varies mostly is local foods. No Malls nearby.
