The breakfast menu was repetitive. Not much of a variety was available unlike other hotels such as Radison, Oberoi or Taj properties.

1. Mentioned above. 2.Also, the water used to leaked out of the shower area in the bathroom which made the whole washroom wet. We had to call the staff to clean it everytime we took a shower. 3. Bed size was very small to accommodate a parent and a kid. If the parents have a small kid accompanying them there should be an arrangement for a king size bed. The staff at the reception should proactively ask and offer to the guests.

PROS : Check-in process: fast; no hassles-Anwar at the reception was very courteous and pleasant, taking note on arrival of my aged parents and their comfort . The attitude of the reception staff ( Anwar and Prastuti) ,set the tone for the rest of the stay when you have a pleasant encounter from the beginning . Location-close proximity to U.S Consulate ; Once again reception staff were endearing enough to help get my aged parents and myself to and from the consulate on time .The Driver Shabbir , was well versed with "wait times" and took time to advise us regarding the same and how we could contact him if we faced any trouble. Breakfast spread had a good balance of Continental and Indian dishes Breakfast staff : Maria is bubbly , helpful and resourceful -very gracious of her to help us find the closest Church for New Years mass . 24x7 hot water in the room.House keeping very helpful and thoughtful-first time all 3 occupants were acknowledged and amenities placed for all 3 occupants . Booked the Deluxe King room , happily got upgraded - spacious enough for 3 occupants and an extra cot. Very nice lounge ,waiting area

CONS: Location- quite far from the airport Room service -not many options in “ small bites category”and quite expensive

Every morning I had delicious scrambled eggs served by the friendly and efficient staff of Kakali, Rajesh, Sresta, Rohit, Farha, Pinki, and Karan the very effective and helpful manager. The setting of the restaurant was elegant and relaxing. The chef and servers were always very helpful in addressing any of my special dietary needs which usually came up during the evening meals. The front desk and courtesy desk of Nuckle, Ahmed, Abhi, Dolly Saw, Tiyasha, Subhmoy, and Raids were always friendly, kind, and helpful.

I wish the cloth napkins were 40% larger but the staff always made me feel like family.

There is nothing to fault upon! The hotel is classy and very clean with the most friendly staff who have gone over and beyond to assist my family and I. Smooth checkin, great breakfast and dinner buffet, they assist with transport and even helped us wear a saree and kindly kept our baggage after checkout! Thank you so much sheraton for your exceptional service - i will surely be back again

After a few initial hiccups, I must say that the staff action thereafter more than made up for it. A special shoutout to the Front Office Manager, Vishal Malik and Housekeeping manager, Rambabu who really went out of their way to address any concerns and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were big, confortable and clean. The head chef, Benjamin was superb. He specially catered a lovely delicious meal for me at their restaurant , Zega. For a solo woman traveller, I was made to feel at ease and at home. I also highly appreciated the free drop and pick up hotel taxi service to and from the office whilst I was there for the 3 days. I highly recommend the hotel for any business traveller. I will be back!

Food and Hotel Facilities and maintenance is very Good.Room also with Bath Tub which is enjoyed by My Kids.Try to keep the Same standards of Response and Service.Every one is very much cooperative and Service also Excellent.

Only thing we felt no much Open area like other Hotels.May be Coz of the Location Land Shortage.

Location is close to US consulate. The hotel was kind enough to provide a complimentary drop to the consulate.

They need to get a pillow expert to check and advise about the type of pillows in the room. Even after getting pillow changed we could not sleep well and only managed to sleep post removing pillows and sleeping flat.

The food, corteous staff to name a few Pankaj, Nikhil, and each and every one saw tyhat we were comfortable all the time. WE shall recommend the place to our friends too. Great experience.

The Spa staff did not entertain the complementary half an hour service.

I like the most your hospitality. Really it was very much appreciable.All the staff are very much cordial and always ready to help.

While leaving the hotel at least someone should be there to help for luggage to take it from room.

Location was fantastic and facilities for the price point was excellent. Want to call out Sachin from the breakfast service department who was excellent during our stay and went over and above to keep my family and me comfortable during our stay
