The rooms are huge and well equipped.

There is NO Staff???? There's so called "Manager" , poor guy though elderly is there 24/7. The so called STAFF are missing most of the time.

1) Food was excellent. Close to home made taste. 2) Crew was very supportive. We reached the hotel late night. But they arranged food for us even after the closing time of their kitchen. All three days the crew was very supportive. The supervisors were multilingual.

1. Wifi didn't work. There was an issue with their wifi system. As I had only Vodafone it was very difficult because there were no Vodafone coverage in that area. 2. The location of the hotel. There are no bus stops nearby. Only taxis.

Really nice place to stay.spacious with double bed rooms and tidy.morning break fast is very good and night had dinner which was OK..

Little bit far. Good to those who travel on ORR as it is nicely connected.

The property has large rooms and is well maintained. Whenever you tell them, the staff will come and clean the rooms. The Manager is very nice and polite. The kitchen doesn't have any utensils or stove but that is not a problem as outside food is allowed. Overall it was a very nice and satisfying. We had planned to stay for 6 days but extended it for 2 more days. A very good value for money.

During heavy rains though there was no water logging near the property but there was water logging in all the approach roads to the property and on one occasion we had a tough time reaching the property.

Staff were good and pretty near to ORR is a plus point. Because of lot of construction activity nearby, it was very dusty during our stay.

The final 1 km roads to the property were under construction and didnt feel safe to drive. Parking location was uncomfortable to walk.

The approach road not good, due to the main road and approach road it will create a negative impact on accommodation once you reach location that will be very food

The rooms are very spacious and the AC cool as well. It has TV in both bedrooms and lounge. The service is excellent, high quality service. The food is good and delicious. Especially the breakfast. Safe and comfortable. They have taxi service available in the hotel.

There is nothing that I did not like. The stay was confortable and excellent. All staff very good especially Chaitanya at the reception is very active and responds very quickly.

A pretty huge set of two bedrooms well maintained. The size of the suite is quite amazing. Actually its meant for a small family for us a couple its was surplus but useful. Well kept rooms with receptive staff.

Breakfast-please don't advertise if giving breakfast is a chore?? Please keep ready for your next guest especially when we arrive latter than the stated time. Ensure all facilities are available.

If rooms were provided with the reception dialing number it would have been much more convenient. Intercoms were there but unfortunately there were no extensions ( For reception and dining) written on the telephone

The apartments are very clean and well maintained. Also very good size of the room with clean washrooms

The location is not the best as it is in a very small lane. The breakfast is average with very few options.
