Great location, tastefully designed, clean rooms and pool. Staff were attentive for the most part particularly with the rooms and meals at the restaurants.

The music was pretty loud at the pool and went on until 11pm. While, checking out, it took 45 minutes to get a buggy to get our bags from the room (however I'll give them some grace as there was a wedding at the resort).

The ambiance and quality of food was outstanding in all respects ..... a real getaway ....calm and serene place to relax .... large and comfortable rooma and play areas ....staff response to any request was instant

Surrounding the area and the walk to osman sagar lake was a dissapointment ....

Beautiful property, not too far from airport, good food (room service, breakfast, Jewel of Nizam restaurant).

Employees need a lot more training on customer service, furniture in rooms is looking old, shower in bathroom is not working well, noisy go karting and cricket ground next to rooms - overall didn't get value for the money we paid.

Resort is overrated & not up to the expectations Room service was claiming 3000/- saying that the bed sheet had been damaged due to additional decoration with fresh flowers which was also arranged & done by resort.

The property itself is good.

They gave us stained sheets. We felt so disgusted when we found multiple huge stains. I don’t know how a property like this could not clean properly. The beds kept separating as they were single beds put together.
