The ambience and interior of the room are way too good. The external view of Kodai valley from our rooms are mind blowing. Our family members enjoyed staying in this property especially our kids. The breakfast served in both continental and South Indian type. The taste of the breakfast served was superb delicious. We are very happy that the property provide us with a room heater. About the chillness in Kodai, I would say it is bearable. So no worries. Sterling Kodai Valley is the right choice.

The bonfire timing is only up to 8.30pm. I wish it can be extend for a little longer time because mostly the guest are travelling from one location to another location. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the bonfire on the night as we arrived the property late night around 9pm.

Everything was superb. Let it be the room ambience, view, breakfast not to forget the guest welcoming drink and the room upgrade. My elderly parents loved the environment of the property which is very quiet and peaceful.

Two of our garden view room was fishy smells when our parents entered the units. Not sure maybe any of the previous guest consume fishery food products. But we really appreciate the room service team for their quick response in arranging housekeeping once we highlight it to them. Thumbs up for them.et

The property Family rooms are very good. The Living room with TV is life saver , giving space for kids to move around and watch TV while others are resting in room. These rooms then it has outside seating area for nice chitchat in open . The view outside the property looks towards mountain which is scenic. The staff here is very polite and humble , prompt in addressing your needs. The food we took was buffet for lunch and dinner and was quite nice however just be aware that the focus is mainly south Indian cuisine and northIndian cuisine.

The kids discovery zone need to spice up a bit more so more option are available for less than 5 to 6 year old. The Spa need more variety of therapies. They can improve their buffet by running differemt southern states theme ( I know I may be asking here too much ! ) .

Good maintained property with many holiday activities inside the property itself. Food quality is good.big size rooms with adequate facilities, big lawn area and very big parking lot,buggy service for the terrain, herbal garden , everything is good.

Horrible check out experience from staff Karthika. Many staffs are from north india and they don't know Tamil or english. They expect us to speak in there language. Horrible . They have to employ local staffs in all there locations along with english basic knowledge.

Specially the location and the staff specially one front desk female employee named HARSHA was very polite amd helpful and fast in providing what we need. We really like the services of HARSHA.

Management should take of the property and change some of the settings in the rooms spcly washroom size to be increase amd need to a little away from bed and also need to arrange the bed type as per customer request actually the spring beds are not comfort to sleep

Access. This is a bit out of the way for most of the attractions. Had to travel back to Town and then to the resort.

Sterling kodai vally it was an amazing place to visit, we had stayed with friends it is a memorable stay, we have reached the place after a long day traveling the reception staff were soo welcoming and smily faces, you will forgot your tiredness after seeing their faces, welcomed with hot lemon tea was awesome, after check in we got a beautiful furnished rooms with all Neccecery amenities placed, and view from the room was awesome , we had our dinner in the restaurant was good. They have a refreshing games with 3D movie theater where we had spent our evening time. It's a memorable sty, thank you sterling kodai vally for making our stay memorable. 😊

To reach the place Roads was not in good condition.

The stay at sterling valley view was excellent from check-in till checkout services was awesome.

This was only resort offering pet friendly park and menu card for pets, this is much appreciated 👍🏼. Property is well maintained with good buffet spread for 3 courses'.

Probably enhance the resort games and options for kids like horse riding facility/ farm animals..it will do wonders, just an improvement suggestion

I had a wonderful stay at Sterling Kodai Valley. I am stayed in privilege room.. it a doublex room.. excellent 👌 view from the balcony.. Then In my Check in till Check out I had a great experience. The staffs are very friendly and they ready to help anytime with the smiling face... Food was good. Children's activities are there... 3D games was very good. We will recommend our family and friends.. keep it up Sterling!!!!!
