This is an absolute oasis. Ideal location just minutes from the beach and you feel you are part of a tranquil garden setting. We stayed in a cottage and that led to the pool. A substantial breakfast full of variety and the in-house food is exceptional - some of the best we had on our holiday ( tempura prawns and chicken murgh ++ ). Santosh, Albi and all staff could not do enough for you. I even got a surprise birthday cake during the stay. This is a wonderful location and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a stay here. Amazing value, great location, helpful staff, wonderful food ....... what more could you ask for. Beautiful and beautifully managed site, with palms and peacock , backing onto jungle. Good sized pool, well managed restaurant with really good Indian foods. Other options available. We relaxed here. The surrounding area is a fishing village, highly recommend taking a tour with Joy, who runs a local school, which is opposite. Plenty of treatments at the ayurveda centre onside recommended.

The local beach suffers from the global issue. The sea washes up rubbish every day.

The staff are for sure the star or the property. From housekeeping, to reception and restaurant each and every single one of them. Hospitable, sweet and accommodating. The property offers a great price/quality deal. Massage therapists Midhun and the lady are fantastic and make it absolutely unnecessary to search for a massage outside. The restaurant staffs are great, the food is delicious and so fairly priced too! I slept like a rock. Mattress was great and the area so quiet. Loved the swimming pool too so relaxing while everyone is out exploring the area and you have it all to yourself.

The property could use a facelift but then of course prices would double so…

The staff and the food are just excellent. Couldnt be better. Also the surroundings are nice with the green garden and the pool! The staff is also very helpful with taxi / shower after checkout etc.

The pool toilets are old/dirty .. can be updated. Also the ac in the room doesnt work properly. Its pointed at the bed which makes it unconfortable. And please skip de massages or treatments, not very professional. There is also someone Around that kills the (innocent) bugs in the area with spray. I did not really like that.

Loved the stunning location surrounded by palm trees. Very peaceful. Lovely pool and amazing staff, in particular Perumal who went above and beyond to help us with booking onward flights and trains etc. I would definitely return here. The food a la carte was excellent too.

It is 200 m to the nearest beach but we didn’t reach it as you had to cross a marsh to get there and we didn’t have the right footwear. Also the restaurant is a little outdated in terms of the building but the food is actually amazing! We did not have time for treatments which we regret.

The resort was as described, very clean and excellent staff. We weee travelling with a disabled child and the team were always helpful and attentive. We felt very welcomed. The reception desk had great local knowledge and gave good advice. Very short walk to the beach which was shallow and beautiful soft sand. The pool was a good size and had an additional child’s shallow pool. Breakfast was tasty mixture of north and South Indian food.

Beautiful hotel by the beach with lovely pool area and spectacular gardens. Rooms are of a good size bed comfortable and well stocked tea coffee water etc. The housekeeping staff are fantastic my room was cleaned daily to a high standard and toiletries towels etc renewed.whilst the rooms are dated they are comfortable and clean. Restaurant staff were also excellent and very helpful, the range of food was good with something for everyone. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained by very hardworking staff and there are lots if birds and tree squirrels which are very cute. I do not usually use spa for massage but following recommendation Selvi provided a very professional service which helped my lower back pain. This hotel is good for couples families and solo travellers.

This has been one of the best experiences we've had in all of India! Amazing resort, clean room with spacious and functional showers. The pool is big and beautiful! The staff, from reception, to cleaning, to kitchen were all simply wonderful! The food was delicious, whether at the restaurant or in room service. Albie helped us find other accommodation for an extra night at another hotel when we were almost stranded without a place to stay. Thank you!

The place is in the fisher village close to the sea. Everything is good value and the food is delicious. The staff is very kind and helpfull. Also they care about cleanliness. The guests are a mix of Indians and Westerns.

The pool was very cloudy due to people swimming with casual clothes even if it mentioned clearly on the wall to not do so!

The property is a hidden gem. Staff were exceptional, with nothing a problem.. Very clean. Great pool. Restaurant offers a range of foods. Breakfast was very good offering variety. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be back.

It is a distance from Kovalam beach which is where many restaurants are situated and shopping but saying that, if you want a chilled holiday ABAD Harmonia is the place to stay.
