Location is central & easy to get to all places around the city. Room size is great & quality of bedding is wonderful. Housekeeping & room service are sharp & well trained to handle guest requests. Breakfast was nice.

The front desk is the first impression for any guest checking in. The staff here needs to be a lot more alert, welcoming & try to understand what the guests request. No major complaints, but this was the only area I felt was lacking as compared to the other services offered during our stay. Although mine was a non-smoking room, there was a persistent mild yet annoying odour of smoke in the room. HVAC & housekeeping teams both needs to look at this & fix it. During checkout, the lobby was filled with a very strong pesticide-like odour which was a put off. I asked the lobby staff but they were clueless what it was. Unpleasant.

Centrally located, easy access to many tourist sites, shopping, and eating locations. Rooms were large, comfortable bed and bathroom, breakfast was excellent with a wide array of options (coffee was not great but somewhat standard for hotel buffet). Staff in general were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here.

Staff could be better coordinated - when using the pool, sometimes multiple staff would come at different times to ask us for our room number, which was annoying. Also the WiFi seemed to have a set number of logins which was very low (we logged in on 3 devices for 2 people) and then would not accept additional devices - we had to call the front desk multiple times to fix this.

I was amazed at the high quality of staff calibre, they were efficient and well trained - even for upmarket foreign tourists. The rooms were spacious, the lobby was pleasant to sit around. During my stay there was a small conference, the hotel was about 80% occupied and I am sure they too had a stress free time. The restaurant served a good buffet breakfast and one one evening I had a local couple over for dinner, here too I would give full marks to the à la carte dinner and service. Good location, Tuk Tuk rickshaws are easily available outside the hotel to give you a stop-and-go tour of the iconic City of the Nawabs. Highly recommended.

The property itself is decent and located near old lucknow making it easy to visit attractions. The room was clean and overall good value for what you pay. Food was not the best but the restaurant staff were good and hospitable.

Not impressed with the main reception person who was rude and lacked the inter-personal skills that is so essential for this job. But the rest of the staff were welcoming and polite. If you are looking for guidance for sightseeing, I suggest you do your own research, than rely on their travel services.

Was unsure on the location when booking but was ideal, easy to get to the metro (20 min walk) or get a taxi / tuk tuk to the sights. Nice hotel big rooms and nicely furnished would have no hesitation in going back or using the brand again.

On departure they were pushy to get you to review, “ if your not doing anything now you could review now couldn’t you, up to you but you could do it now “. Felt they really let themselves down with that attack on us as we waited for the taxi, far too pushy, which you do see in some places that don’t have a high standard of customer service / experience.

Fortune Park is brilliant. The staff were the best. They are super helpful and kind. They know how to make people feel welcome. They work extremely hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy. I liked the rooms which were spacious and comfy. The beds were very comfortable. The water and tea/ coffee available in the rooms was greatly appreciated. The WiFi was very good in the rooms. The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was great - lots of options. It was a very comfortable stay with all the family. My mother loved it.

During at least a couple of the stays the air con was not easy to manage - to turn up or down. Before checking in and after you’ve checked out there is no WiFi access in the lobby/ restaurant. This makes it extremely hard if you have no data / are a foreigner. I was not able to access Netflix on the tv (in the room) or any English speaking channels.

The head chef was very understanding of our needs (we being South Indians) and went a long way to prepare some dishes. We also celebrated our kid's birthday here and the team made it a memorable experience. The rooms were good overall. The manager was accommodating and changed the room when one of our rooms had a persistent issue with the heating. Location of the hotel is absolutely fabulous.

Communication from some of the staff could have been a bit better and could have avoided some misunderstandings. Nothing major as such but this is an area that they could improve.

Location Cleanliness

Day 1 late night there was massive noise owing to movement of furniture upstairs. Did not stop despite repeated complaint. Had to go personally to have it stopped. Apparently it was arrangement for some function by the poolside. But disturb guests post 11 pm ??? Day 2 there was a function and many cars were coming in for parking. Our parked car took 35 min to be retrieved from parking.

This was a friendly hotel with helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. We arrived in the evening of day one, had a full day trip on day two and left at 0530 on day three so did not get a chance to use the facilities. If you enjoy Indian food then the choice is plentiful but the alternatives for those who don't enjoy spicy food we're limited. Nevertheless we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you

Everything about the stay - their strength is their staff and facilities. Both compliment each other. The staff makes a big difference and i realized this while i experienced the services. It is not only restricted to few people, everyone is so well tunes into the hospitality mode that they do nothing but their best to keep you and family comfortable. To make special consideration i want to name a few Ms Tejaswi, Mr Asif, Ms Vaishnavi, Ms Ayesha, Mr Noor, Ms Shaista, Mr Mohd Aarish, Mr Ram Ratan, Ms Damini were among the staff who we interacted more and otherwise everyone was excellent in their own way. Apologies if i missed few names. In addition, the morning greeting exchanged with F&B Head Mr Pandey and the ever smiling chef Mr Aman were always more than happy to bring surprise to our table with some special item. Kudos to Fortune Park for having good facilities and more importantly such brilliant staff. This was more than 5 star experience.
