Swimming pool is available for all. Best place for stay. Everything is good.

There is no any auto or transport service to the hotel. Coz it is far away from the beaches. You have to take rental scooty for travel... apart from this everything was so perfect... hotel staff is very kind... would like to visit again.

The location was well connected to things around I wanted to get at. More importantly the staff and the general manager Anuj were exceptional. I had certain dietary requirements and the kitchen was able to honor all my requests. All staff were very helpful and Anuj was able to spend some time with me and honor my other requirements which came along the way during my visit.

The hotel is located in an incredible location, if you take a no er with a view of the pool, then you have a gorgeous view of the spacious fields. In the evening, you can walk through the fields. The silence outside the window in this hotel accompanied us several times when we lived there. Also, the hotel has improved the power supply and there were no power outages after April 16.

As everywhere, noisy local tourists. But this problem cannot be avoided. Although, if I asked the staff, they solved the problem as best they could.

With price this low and a place this beautiful for me it's not just a deal but a steal. Great ambiance, calm place and pretty much all the facilities one could ask for plus a swimming pool. What else can you expect.

Staffs could have been more active and the place does have some bugs. Can't blame though it's because of its location.

We had the family room with the kitchen and it was an absolutely great stay. It's not too expensive, the pool is nice and the bar is always alive. The staff were super helpful and friendly provided us with cooking equipment and they tried their hardest to sort a new room for us when we booked another night.

The location was amazing for us because it's what we wanted. Its out of the way and quieter then the beach front so if that's what you want then this is the place. P.s make sure you have rented a bike for supply runs.

Beautiful ambience amidst fields under cultivation, simple but clean rooms and facilities, very friendly, courteous owner and staff. Service is non-intrusive and very responsive.

The place was great. Staff were helpful and the location is beautiful. I'd you want some time away from the hustle of the beaches of Goa this is the perfect stop. Its got great vibes and a beautiful pool located in the country side of India. Lots of wildlife, could be the same level of the eagles with your room balcony. Bed were comfy and for the price it's was amazing

I like how it had a really interior location, really away from the huzz buzz of the crowd, the staff was nice, you can choose if you want to get away from the stereotypical experience.

It's an amazing location if you are looking for peace and serenity. Amazing owner and staff, Shivam and all other people who are always there to help you out. Vinod, owner of the restaurant and bar is always awesome and nice. The swimming pool surrounded by lush green fields is awesome. I would recommend it 100%

The place is amazingly located in the midst of a farmland with great view all around, very economical also, staff is very helpful.
