The location of the property is good. Proximity to many good places. They give complimentary yummy combo breakfast delivered to your room.

Unfortunately there is no coffee/ tea packets in the room to make one for yourself nor do they give any with the breakfast which is sad, but you can place an order for the same which is delivered at a cost. Their towels are also not that great, the fabric is all over your face and body.

Breakfast was hearty and filling. The location was close to major landmarks and hence quite accessible. They also allowed us to keep our luggage in cloakroom for 2 hours when we went sight-seeing after checkout.

The room after shutting the windows got a little musty, as the AC was not working very well at night. The ventilation could be worked upon better, the positioning of the AC was also too far from the bed, and not visible from the bed. Hence difficult to check on that.

The family room we stayed for 2nights was huge with 3 comfy beds & was very neat & clean, the hotel is new & will surely become one of the top most ones, Bharat mall is 2mins away walking along with good eateries around d corner & is in d heart of city,, they don't have der own restuarant yet but have a tie up with a very good restuarant for complementary breakfast, it was a memorable stay in Mangalore stay inn, will surely comeback soon !!!!

Nothing as such, it's new hotel certain facilities can b missing, but we were helped by d staff over der for all our needs👍👍

The bed was spacious. The bathroom was big. Complimentary breakfast provided was sufficient and tasty.

There was no space to park the car, particularly a large one, which caused inconvenience while approaching and leaving the hotel

We received 100 rupee for each person free vouchers for the breakfast restaurant named Anmol near by. There was so much space in the rooms and the toilets exceeded my thoughts. The staff were super nice!

The only thing that would've made our experience better was if the sink wasn't in the toilet. Next a soap dispenser as opposed to a bar of soap would have been better.

The room was not ready even when we went beyond checkin time. They made us wait. Also parking is a bit hassle if you have a big car

Clean Nicel located They couldn't take our international card so arranged to make us pay at their restaurant by card! They have a gym! We didn't have the timz to go tho

Windows are not exactly totaly closed but the air conditionning stil worked

Very clean and comfortable ensuite room on the 2nd floor with an elevator. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Close to some great local restaurants and shops.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Location very convenient to airport.

It’s a decent place for an overnight stop. Well located near city center. They could do with a small eatery in the lobby. The space is clearly wasted.
