We were in Mangaluru to break the journey from Goa to Cochi. The hotel was fine for us. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely.

Very difficult to walk from the hotel to anywhere due to lack of pavement and crazy traffic.

The location was brilliant and the room was quiet. The aircon was wonderful in the heatwave, and the hotel restaurant was superb. The shower was good and the room and bathroom were clean. Room service was amazing - I recommend the coffee.

There was no toilet paper so we had to buy our own and we didn't like the Indian breakfast. Each day you have to get a voucher for breakfast which wasn't at the hotel restaurant but a cafe next door. Their food is fine, but I had been very ill and just wanted something like toast or omelette for breakfast, which wasn't available.

It was a clean and comfortable stay, a proactive team as we had a problem with the AC and the team instantly had the room changed.

No dislikes it was a good stay, just a suggestion to have hand wash added in the washrooms.

Impressed by just looking at the room ambience...very clean and well maintained.very good staff and service....I should not miss to tell about the curry work restaurant in the same building ...couldn't try any other restaurants after eating here and we ended up all 2 days eating there....

Felt little over priced ..

Once inside this comfortable quality hotel you will not hear a single honk or beep from the incredibly noisy road. Great central location, so many good places to eat and heaps of transport options right on your doorstep (taxi, rickshaw, buses). The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Parking is available under the hotel.

There is limited space down the lane outside the hotel for a vehicle to turn. Something to bear in mind if you are being dropped off.

Overall experience was very good, friendly staff, great food.

The step to the bathroom was a bit too high. The group was of elderly ladies so was little inconvenient.

The room was clean and hygiene. The housekeeping team were cleaning the corridors quite often. The management was very polite. Since we travelled with a group of three families, we were given rooms adjacent to each other.

The parking space was less, infact I didn't find anywhere to park the vehicles.

The location of this hotel is in the city center, budget friendly, rooms were clean, staff were cordial, breakfast is average, room size is average if you have two or three bags you need to keep it on floor. Electricity keeps going often during night and you AC will take some time to switch on again. They don't have a parking facility, its very narrow lane, one vehicle can come at a time and they have to go reverse only can't turn there. Overall i must say this is a budget friendly hotel with clean rooms and cordial staff.

AC during night, electricity tripped off multiple times and the room temp was little hot for a while
