- The location couldn't be better - it was right next to the central railway station in Mangalore. - The staff were very courteous. - The checkin and checkout processes were very quick. - I could easily book a cab to the airport through the reception despite heavy, incessant rains. - The breakfast was really good - many options, good spread between veg and nonveg, tasty and healthy. - The wifi was superb - very high speed, and ideal to get work done or to watch netflix.

Just a minor issue - one has to go into the basement in order to get to the reception. But this doesn't take away from the stay at all. So, all good.

The cleaning staff stole my personal headphones. But after talking to management it was sent back

We had a very comfortable stay at Royal Plaza. The rooms are nice and spacious and housekeeping staff very good. The location was also ideal for us as we were meeting family nearby.

The breakfast had a good range of choice but could taste better. South Indian delicacies like the idli and vada didn't taste as one would if eating in Mangalore.

Normally if early check in and paying for it, other properties provides breakfast but for 4 Hrs early check in charged 1000 but no breakfast. Also in any property there will be some flexibility in late check out but here staff insisting to check out by 11:00 Hrs which is very abnormal.

It was a surprise for me. Did not expect that this property would exceed my expectations. Rooms were super clean. Located right opposite to Railway Station road. Has a veg. restaurant nearby.

They insisted for cash payment initially, later agreed to take card.

More of suites than hotel. So don't go with very high breakfast or amenities expectations. The breakfast is served in a banquet room. Limited spread but good taste.

Great place located near the central railway station with lots of eateries and general stores with a walkable distance. Close to almost all the malls, for instance, fiza by nexus mall. Building was superb clean and interior well maintained. Rooms were big with clean and cosy atmosphere. Staff were so welcoming and kind. Really loved the place.

The staff was really helpful and the room was readily cleaned every day to high standard. Very close to all the places we wanted to go and also close to malls. Good abundant breakfast with menu to order from each morning with local dishes.

Room sizes. Very large rooms. Courteous staff. Good breakfast No in house restaurant but in room dining food was tasty and made to order.

We expected more amenities, but we shouldn't have expected them as none were advertised. Good as business hotel. Nothing much to do for family

The location is quite convenient as it's close to the railway station, and a short rickshaw ride to the city centre. The breakfast was really good as well. The staff were truly amazing and committed to making our stay a pleasant one.
