Mangalore! Just a place to pass through on your way somewhere else.

The facility is located close to Central railway station and KSRTC bus stand. Some attractions are nearby while the beaches are a bit away. Mangaluru city in itself is very clean, relative to other places in South Karnataka and Tamilnadu. The hotel room as well as the corridors were nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom floor needs abrasive cleaning, for it was a bit slippery. The buffet breakfast was good. The support staff were helpful. Stayed for one night in March 2024.

Some light switches were faulty. A TV and DTH connection is available but you cannot view anything because the service is not paid by the facility hence inactive. There is no TV remote. The staff at the reception desk need intensive training in hospitality etiquettes so they can be pleasant with customers.

Great place for our 3 day stay in Mangalore. It was basic but clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond with a couple of extra requests we had. The place is situated within an easy distance of the markets and the centre of town. The breakfast was nice homemade, south Indian style food. The room was large, the bathroom was clean with a good hot water shower. We were happy with our stay here.

It suited our needs perfectly. There was nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to reach anywhere in the city. The staff is very amicable and the room was spotless. Everything worked well: hot water pressure, wi-fi, etc. Breakfast was a plus; a nice touch.

At times, through the bathroom vent you could smell cigarette smoke, coming, I guess from a smoking room adjacent.

Nice experience. Staffs are so friendly in manner. Lots of parking space. Breakfast served are very delicious & unlimited. Room is very spacious with clean , provided with coffee,tea complements. Room service available. Lift is working, bathroom is very clean , provided with soap,hand wash liquid,shower gel ,towel & heater available. Worth for money 👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bathroom Slippers could have been provided. Getting the TV to work involved more than normal effort. Reception had to be called verytime we needed to play a channel. AC switch was not marked so found out through trial and error. Likewise, in the bathroom, some indication of how to get the shower working could have been provided. Cell charging points on both sides of the bed could be provided. In the bathroom, there is no space to put your toiletries and other equipment and the counter has no space around it either. While initiating booking, had put in a request for a couple, but the booked room showed only single occupancy and had to pay an additional amount at the hotel. That should have been avoided.

The property is located in city centre and a very convenient location.. easily accessible to anyone . Staff’s are very friendly and polite..loved their hospitality and service.

There is a definitely parking issue has the space is very compact.. Teams should have local travel agents detail’s available… it helps the customer to get the cabs facilities easily..

I know it's hard to keep the room a 100% clean... I found one hairstrand of a women... That was a small concern...the rooms were very clean.. probably flown in or a small mistake which is accepted.

breakfast door shut for being late by 6min, so request hotel to allow some grace time.

forcing to pay atleast 50 percent of the rent before arriving at the hotel, citing that there is 'huge demand' !!!!. While such payment rules weren't mentioned while booking!.
